I know this is shallow of me, but I hit the like button as soon as I see the pups knocked out [sleep] on their pillows while Dad is doing all the work😂

So far I’ve done two of his videos and they are great, just what I was looking for. Simple yet dynamic and potent. I’m so glad I found these and I’ll continue to explore his other videos. Thank you.

Love your videos. Subscribed!I am 62 y.o, Chiropractor that wore down her L5 disc with years of running and giving high impact aerobics classes in the 80's.
I signed up at a local pilates class and do the floor exercises however she does not instruct on breathing. I was wondering which pilates equipment you are using here. Its hard to add this to my stationary bike and treadmill lol..(hardly use either). I am enjoying the strengthening of the pilates. Thanks. Just did 4 of your short workouts (one with pilates wheel).
PS there are so many reformers, and they are quite expensive. Do you know of any fair price ones that you can stow away under a bed?
I see the one you are using is 4,000.00 and unless you have a studio or an extra room its difficult to find space. Would the cheaper ones be OK and if so any recommendations are helpful. Its very expensive in the studio and I like working out at home...or Ill just continue to do floor work!

Crochet Happy Balance Body offers a reformer that can collapse and go under bed or against a wall. It still is not cheap. Look on their site they offer refurbished equipment. I bought my bb reformer threw Costco. Just the lower one is about 3ooo.00

He's using a Merrithew Stott V2Max professional reformer. Costco has had a good bundle deal with some accessories for around $3000USD. Beware of buying used via Craigslist or eBay, etc as there are many, many scams!!! Aeropilates has a good personal use reformer that has springs rather than their cheaper option that uses bungee cords. It runs around $1500, I think. It's often available on QVC. A Total Gym has a pilates accessory kit that is great for home use, too. It's limited to some degree, but it's better than nothing and has a much lower $$ and is very versatile and easy to store.
