    I usually watch a video before I do it, sounds weird I know, but that way I know ahead of time if it's a good fit for me. I just did it and wow the box really intensifies the arm movements, I do most of those arm movements on a consistent basis, so thanks again, that was very fun and I tense, loved it!

      Not weird at all! That’s a great way to get acquainted with the moves and cues before you dive in. Glad that you found the box to be helpful here! Getting a little extra lift off of the carriage can make a big difference.❤️

    Hi Melanie. Is the main advantage of the box for those who have a reformer that is low to the ground?

      Hey Sharon! The use of the box here is agnostic of whether or not your reformer is on the floor or if it has legs - the impact is more that it provides additional support in a seated position (helped by having the feet planted on the carriage on either side of the box), which can be helpful for some. If you need a different challenge, alternatives would be kneeling on the carriage instead of sitting on the box, or adding a little more spring resistance. Good question 👍
