- A 30 min Reformer Pilates workout for full body with a focus on arms, back, glutes, and legs.
This class uses a Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer. Heavy/light spring cues also provided for other reformer types, e.g. AeroPilates reformer.

Thanks Melanie. It was a great workout to get back into things. I agree, you are the best on RUclips. Cueing, transitions and flow are all on point. Your lighting seems fine to me but I barely have to look at the video while doing it because your cueing tells all.

Lighting looks good to me. Glad I don't live in a big city myself I'm sensitive to the sirens going off so much nicer to only hear it from the video and go back to my peace and quiet haha. I love that glute series, thanks for that! And I agree with the others that your videos are the best so keep it up!
