    Finally was able to do take this class. Amazing again. A lot of exercises that I haven’t done in a long time. Love the unilateral work. Thanks for another awesome video!

    Could you do a review of the IQ reformer? Why you like it? Pros and cons? Doesn’t have to be a long video, just something. There are surprisingly no RUclips reviews for this machine and it’s hard to make a decision. I used to have an Allegro but it was bulky and heavy to stand up. Anyway, thank you!!!
