    I’m a learning instructor, thank you for the clear points and demonstrations! I can read a ton of things, but I’ve been missing a specific demo of what it means to properly modify and ensure safety. ❤

    So all the chest lift movement for abs is not good right? Because of the pressure? So Which modification can I do? (Let’s say we are sitting on the box, and legs are in the safety strap,face to the bar)

      That's correct. You can do c-curves as long as you're not feeling too much pressure on the abdomen. Same for flat back abs.

    Thank you! So many great tips. I have an Align Pilates C2 Reformer. Can you tell me the width of the bit that fits between the shoulder pads please so I can see whether this wedge from BB will fit between my my reformer shoulder pads. x

      Hi Samantha! It's a little more than 7 inches wide at the head piece.
