postpartum baby holding and now toddler carrying has left me with multiple issues with my posteiror chain and shoulder issues. This series targeted everything I needed and did not trigger my very easily triggered traps and shoulders. THANK YOU! the rehab is so slow and this is so perfect
Just wanted to comment that I super appreciate shorter reformer workouts and ones that target specific areas without props!!! Not enough of them on here! Would love to request shorter workouts that target the upper body.
Hi Alison! I'm going more towards shorter workouts these days since I'm getting tired more quickly because of the growing belly (!) but yes, I'm totally into making more of these shorter versions and targeted towards specific muscle groups. I find them super effective :) Thanks for the feedback!
Hi, i have a question that target muscle is rhomboid and mid trap 9:20 ? Do i need to work it out elbow pull back toward shoulder blade to spine When rotate to right? Thank you
Hi Ashley! Think of reaching the elbow back actively as you press your shoulder blades down. It's not about squeezing the shoulder blades here. It's about the oppositional pull between your back elbow and your front arm, as well as decompressing through the spine by elongating. Hope that helps :)
My shoulder feels really good after this workout. Thank you 🎉
Enjoyable upper back/arm work out. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!!

Is this series okay with osteoporosis? Could you do a sequence and mention it is okay for osteoporosis? Thank you!
Hi Julie, sorry I didn't notice this comment earlier! Yes, this is a great workout for osteoporosis if you take out the rotation exercises.

Thank you so much your replying :)
Lovely. Thank you.
Thanks Alison!
I almost face planted when I was bending forward and pulling. Need to work more on my balance and core obviously unless I just had the wrong weight. 😢
Congratulations! When? the baby due?
Beautiful 😍
Thank you so much! Baby is due September 24th!! :)
