Hi. Just want to say this is a great instructional video. I have a lot of upper body weakness and rotator cuff issues from pregnancy and being a new mum/breastfeeding... this video the first time I did it eased my upper back burning and pain immediatley, better than all the stretching, heat packs and even antiinflammatories. It is now part of my daily practice and its only been a few days but already I am feeling the difference. I dont have a box but that did not stop me, improvisation was easy. THANK YOU!

That's the reason why I make these videos in the first place, so it's really good to hear :) And, yes, working those postural muscles is so important to balance the body out (especially for new moms!)...it can really make a big difference. As a beginner I really struggle with neck posture on the reformer and have been ending up with pain after. Could you do a video on what good neck posture looks like please to avoid pain?
Are you feeling pain in the neck especially during ab curls? If so, think of gently pushing your chin down and into your throat to lengthen the back of the neck before lifting your head up. You may need to do some neck strengthening exercises too, like lying down and just lifting your head a little bit off the floor using the chin tuck technique I just pointed out.Hope that helps!

Hi! I am pretty much a beginner at reformer Pilates, & I am still waiting for some of my equipment, but I was wondering if you could tell me if there are any exercises that you can do perhaps with your arms in the straps while you have the ball under your shoulder/mid-back area like you do at the end of this video? One of my main goals is to help correct posture issues that I am having. Thank you so much for this video & information! ❣️
