2:21 I really appreciate and LOVE how you articulate and in such detail about how to articulate the movement (public bone PULLING TOWARDS THE CEILING, and the belly button PULLING IN TOWARDS THE SPINE, flattening out the tummy) so incredibly helpful. The detailed directions and what I should be feeling are absolutely perfect. I can’t stress how much I need that kind of direction and appreciate that. Thank you ❤❤❤
(I have the most trouble with figuring how how to articulate my spine and I have only been able to find vague guidance in person and online so far, I’m so glad I found your video)

I just pulled my lower back out. I have a reformer at home. The pain is pretty bad when I try to stand at the point when I’m almost up standing straight. Please HELP!!

Hi Deborah, I would suggest seeing a specialist like a physical therapist if your back is still hurting. I pulled my lower back once and I had to be really gentle with it until I could stand up straight (it took a few days). I would try not to stay still for long periods at a time, because sitting would make it worst. Once my back loosened up a bit, I did light core exercises, stretched my hamstrings and IT bands. Doing regular core work and low impact exercises to strengthen and stretch will help relieve back pain and help prevent it (this is considering that the back pain isn't caused by a structural issue). Hope this helps! Good luck!
