  • Neck Pain might be caused by tight or weak muscles as well as postural issues. In this 15 minute workout we will address all three. We will work on proper neck placement, exercises to strengthen the back and shoulders and external rotators, and ways to stretch the chest. This workout can be done on the pilates mat with a resistance band if you don't have access to a reformer.
    Level: Beginner
    Props: No Props Needed (or Resistance Band if not on the reformer)
