Well, from OPS+, its his 4th best year. But I'm glad he's on a good team and performing well.
I’d prefer to watch the Homerun Derby/All-Star Game played outdoors with scenery.
The dark walls, blending seats, obstructive scaffolding, the bright lights, screens everywhere, the glass and metal feels claustrophobic to an old skool baseball fan.

Good competition. Teo is such a positive person, always smiling and joking around and he has helped the Dodgers big time.
Let me tell you something. LA loves Teo. Dude has been awesome. More than we have asked for.

@@LATitanyup. These clowns just talk nonsense without realizing our whole starting pitching staff has been injured for months with buehler, Yamamoto, May and Kershaw out. Not to mention Joe Kelly and Graterol our best bullpen options and oh yeah did I mention Max muncy been out a few months plus Mookie just got his hand broken the other week and he’s out for a couple months and through all that we’re still in first place. Not trying to make excuses but this dodger team hasn’t been at 100% all year and they still managed to ride the wave. Go Blue hopefully we get healthier and make a run in the second half 💙 ⚾️

I’m surprised Pete Alonso didn’t get as far as he’s used to. To me, Alonso, Judge, Stanton, Ohtani, and Schwarber are the best power hitters in the game. But once again Teoscar shows he deserves to be in that conversation.

pitches he receieved didn't seem as firm and the windup was long
I feel like the home run derby is more about endurance and consistency than absolute power.
It's much harder to do what Teo did than to just hit the ball really far.
The MLB doubles leader did pretty good in the home run derby.

That's a cool idea. First round is against your own division, 2nd round is the division winners against each other, final round the league winners face off. It guarantees an AL vs NL final and would allow some additional players to experience the All-Star Game who otherwise wouldn't get the chance. Only problem is how long it would take to have that many players bat. The first round would have to be shorter.

Teoscar won my mom was screaming because that was the first ever dodger to win a home run derby and she loves that team, including me
I had nothing against Oscar Hernandez winning, but I felt like Bobby Witt Junior should’ve gotten his bonus round better than he showed done. At least one home run before his second out and then he probably could’ve hit the others to win

Guardians fan here. I like the changes for the first round and I’m proud of how josey did. HOWEVER, we need the type of power hitters we used to have. I remember watching a home run derby when I was a kid that had Albert Pujols, Prince fielder, Nelson Cruz, Ryan Howard, Adrian Gonzalez, Joe mauer and Carlos Peña. The games missing those big bruising bats. Guards got a young one in johnkensy noel. Hope he pans out

Alonso wants desperately to tie Griffey, but even if he ever finally does, its taking him so many tries that it won't be that impressive because he's lost so many times, and been embarrassed by Julio Rodriguez last time in a one on one.
I loved seeing Bohm and that "Just like everybody thought" - He did great

Iv'e got to say, Teo has definitely helped the Dodgers and their my favorite National League team. They have the Red Sox at home and my Orioles have the Rangers on the road after the All-Star break.

Great Derby. Would've liked to have seen Gunnar go another round though, I didn't expect him to get eliminated so soon.
