I have to feel for the Eagles. With the Bears' black jerseys, you at least knew where they were if you saw dark blobs through the fog. How could the Eagles see one another with their white jerseys, silver pants, and proverbially pea-soup-green helmets?
5:06 That's a different Adrian Peterson, for anyone else who was wondering. I already opened up another tab and did that research for you. That's just how much of a "full-service" random on the internet I am.
I had tickets to that game, but on the way over the snow was so bad and the traffic was so bad we couldn’t even make it to the bridge before halftime. We just decided to just find somewhere to eat where it’ll be on tv.
I remember coming home after playing football in the mud with my friends and my sister hosing me down before I could even go into the house. The good old days.
Highmark Stadium is SE of Buffalo, in what we call the Snow Belt. That's the area that gets the most lake-effect snow. The stadium was buried in a typical lake-effect storm; while I was watching the game in my home on the north side of Buffalo with nary a flake.
The Legendary Ice Bowl at the Frozen 🥶Tundra of Lambeau Field at Number 1. Go Pack Go; “The Green Bay Packers are NFL Champions for a 3rd Straight Year”.
Great list! LOVE games being played in the elements. Also, the 2007 NFC title game between the Giants and Packers at Lambeau should've at least gotten a mention. It was -2 degrees and wind chill in the negative teens!
Of all of these recent snow games, the one that in my opinion has to be on there, is Vikings vs Ravens 2013. That game and the drama that took place in the final two minutes is unlike any game you'll see over the last 15 years. It was the definition of a pinball game. I know that Lions vs Eagles and Colts vs Bills had more snow on the ground, but neither of those games for as good as they were, pail in comparison to what happened in that Snow Game at M&T Bank Stadium. Also how is the 2007 NFC Championship Game also not an honorable mention?
That number 9 game changed EVERYTHING for the franchises of the Eagles and Cowboys. The Eagles who were 5-11 the year before in 1999 did that surprise onside kick that stunned the Cowboys. That was the beginning of the end of Aikman's career. The Cowboys lost 41-14 and Aikman was knocked out of the game. The Eagles on the other hand would go on their dominant streak in the NFC East in the early 2000's. The would make the playoffs as wildcard but from 2001 to 2004 they made the NFC Championship 4 straight years and FINALLY made the Super Bowl in 2004.
The players in the Fog Bowl game could actually see the ball…barely. It was Buddy Ryan’s return to Chicago as the coach of the Eagles. It was amazing when the cameras came back on the field at end of halftime there was nothing.
18:18 how do you cover that Chiefs - Dolphins game and not include the shot of Mahomes' helmet which CRACKED because plastic becomes rigid & brittle under freezing temperatures?
You missed the 1985 Snow Bowl between Green Bay and Tampa as well as the 1979 Monsoon game between the Chiefs and Bucs. Therefore, this video is null and void.
That 1993 Leon Lett game didn't matter. The 9-2 Dolphins would LOSE ALL the rest of their games going 9-7 and missing the playoffs. The Cowboys would WIN all the rest of their games AND the Super Bowl. Leon Lett redeemed himself by stripping Thurman Thomas in the Super Bowl and having a scoop and score touchdown by safety James Washington to tie the game at 13.
Top 10 BEST Weather Games! That's what the title should be... well at least for any of the stormy ones. The super hot weather games, worst is accurate.
The fog bowl in ‘88 was just brutal
I have to feel for the Eagles. With the Bears' black jerseys, you at least knew where they were if you saw dark blobs through the fog. How could the Eagles see one another with their white jerseys, silver pants, and proverbially pea-soup-green helmets?
They should have stopped that game
4:01 That clip kills me every time it shows up on RUclips
*DENIED!*

Oddly enough, they were playing at the same time just a few years later. Kind of like Josh Allen and Josh Hines Allen now.
There were two Robert Griffins too.
Shady mccoy being in 2 of these is *crazy work lol
No. It’s crazy work.

The current goat of the snow
Detroit vs Philadelphia i believe 2012 was hectic. So much snow
It was 2013
I had tickets to that game, but on the way over the snow was so bad and the traffic was so bad we couldn’t even make it to the bridge before halftime. We just decided to just find somewhere to eat where it’ll be on tv.
I think honorable mention should go to when my buddies and I played five on five in a downpour at the park in Valencia.
Atrocious conditions.
I'll give you one vote 1
I believe you.
tyfys 🙌🏻
I remember coming home after playing football in the mud with my friends and my sister hosing me down before I could even go into the house. The good old days.
@tygrkhat4087 yeah the pros don't even get dirty anymore
Great list, would love to see another snow game soon
Hopefully this season! I think Steelers browns this week is just off of it. 35 degrees and rainy forecasted
Steelers vs ravens at home, mark it
11:20 I don't think I've ever seen a ball hook from right to left like that🤔
No Giants vs. Packers 2007 NFC Championship Game? Blasphemous!
Facts
Love seeing my team on the board as an honorable mention at 12:06 . I survived the 2011 week 3 Tsunami Bowl 💙 Keep Pounding!
The 2017 colts bills game took place in week 14, not week 4.

I love the snow games the most!!
Agreed! It reminds me of being a kid. It was guaranteed if there was a lot of snow or rain, we went out and played football
Great list! LOVE games being played in the elements. Also, the 2007 NFC title game between the Giants and Packers at Lambeau should've at least gotten a mention. It was -2 degrees and wind chill in the negative teens!
Same
Hope will happen this season

This ranking is the worst weather games, not the best games played in crappy weather.
@@Rhewi True, but those games themselves were better than some of them on the list, which to me also plays a big factor.
My Favorite NFL Weather is Fog Bowl. Because I love the Foggy Weather, except Cold Weather too. I like Snow Day and Night better.
Pickle juice does help you from getting cramps and dehydration
So does butt juice but I ain’t drinking it
@broncosbreaks yea u are 😂
@@AnthonySmith-bq2if 😂 got me! Don’t tell my wife tho
Wow that’s crazy I was just watching the strangest weather games video from years ago
Andre rison must have brain damage or CTE he's been saying in recent interviews that he was everything Jerry Rice was 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Ya he was unsung hero on 96 Packers but your right I remember him saying that the former Michigan st wr lol
I forgot Shady was in both of the big modern snow games.
Love my Raiders ! Ugh Screw you Tom ! lol
#7 was such a fun showcase of great plays in absolute blizzard.

NYG/GB 2007 not on this list is insane
Yea
Gilman sure had a funky doo in that honorable mention.

Interesting video
Videos be hard fasho
Go Hawks
The mud bowl game in Chicago where Gayle Sayers scored six touchdowns was something….he could have had seven.
7:12 ik this vid is about the weather games but bro! Look at JASON KELCE FOR A MINUTE! Dude looking fly with all that hair!
"Fuck 1982 in particular"

Buffalo Bills have been known for their snow games

8:55 Love the way the commentator talks in this clip, you don't hear em talk like this anymore.
The Bengals vs Chargers game was -59 windchill not -32

LeSean McCoy played in the 2 snowiest games in NFL history
I hate these new dome indoor stadiums now. . .I miss the mud bowl and seeing players get dirty!
Your RUclips Channel Is Number #1 NFL Throwback
Jason looking like Grizzly Adams.😂
🏈🏟
1998 #10 i remember this one
❤🎉
McCoy was made for snow games!
You're Number #1 NFL Throwback
I wish someone could find the full Monsoon game from 1979
Best part of this was seeing games where the Cowboys lost.
Got to love ❤️ football 🏈
John Facenda... the very voice of God. So good to hear him
18:18 how do you cover that Chiefs - Dolphins game and not include the shot of Mahomes' helmet which CRACKED because plastic becomes rigid & brittle under freezing temperatures?
1985 Tampa Bay at Green Bay blizzard game.... Or
1979 Kansas City at Tampa Bay monsoon game
When the weathers bad, bet on the birds
#5 Who wants the NFL to grow a pair and give us these games again instead of cowardly moving these games to Detroit?
I'm really surprised that the hottest game in history wasn't hosted by the Phoenix/Arizona Cardinals.
You missed the 1985 Snow Bowl between Green Bay and Tampa as well as the 1979 Monsoon game between the Chiefs and Bucs. Therefore, this video is null and void.
They should at least have the Monsoon Bowl here since it sealed the Buccaneers first playoff season and division title
According to this, the Snow Bowl was the Bills vs Colts game
Null and void to one person, appreciated by millions.

The Cowboys would WIN all the rest of their games AND the Super Bowl. Leon Lett redeemed himself by stripping Thurman Thomas in the Super Bowl and having a scoop and score touchdown by safety James Washington to tie the game at 13.
Imagine seeing this and wanting every team to have a dome.
No honorable mention to the raiders vs broncos snow game in 2003 👎🏽
How tf the Eagles think of pickle juice before a team that literally plays in the heat. Y’all were at home man!! 🤦🏾♂️🙄 2:03
Wait, WORST weather games? Any weather game is a treat! Only downside IMO is higher risk of injuries.
This was interesting..............
Lazy effort NFL. What about the Snow Bowl in 1985 - Bucs @ Packers? It should be in the top 5 easily.
Each of your videos is a small masterpiece! Quality, editing, presentation of information - everything is top-notch. Thank you for your hard work!🦕🤟📸
Why would I want to watch the worst games? I'd rather watch the best ones.
it's a different perspective
