    I enjoyed these exercises. I will redo to get more in tune with my pelvic floor. The challenge is maintaining the pulling in the front and back throughout the exercise but over time I'm confident things will get better. Thank you for this series of videos.

      It's really hard to maintain PF connection! It's ok to disconnect, as long as you are periodically reminding yourself :)

    I have a surgical spine fusion in my neck and can’t do the forward flexion lifting of my head when laying flat. Is there any modification to get the same result?
