  • Join me for a 20 minute Pilates reformer workout for full body, with extra emphasis on deep core and glutes. This workout can be done by all levels, and requires no props. Perfect for home reformer workouts. I use a Balanced Body Metro IQ reformer, but this series works well as an Aeropilates reformer workout, or on any other reformer.

    Just a few hours after completing and I can feel my deep abs, glutes, hamstrings and quads. I used this as a warm up for some circuit training on the rower. It did the job! The bridging on the balls of the feet was different. I think my hamstrings and ankles will have to get used to that. Love these workout plans.
