    Great mix of classical Pilates sequences and creative additions - flexibility & strength with a core/lower-body focus. Melanie is as always wonderful at cueing and demonstration, with helpful and fun patter.

    That class flew by! Excellent sequencing and positioning, Ms. Melanie. LOVED the variation on criss-cross series; you can feel the side obliques so fully engaging. Loved it! Thank you for the Saturday morning wake up! xo
