    I’ve not taken a formal reformer Pilates class so maybe this isn’t groundbreaking but I’m always amazed at what you’re going to teach us next and how we can use our reformers in less obvious ways. Great class, as always- my hamstring heard you say it should be on fire…spoiler: it totally was
