You should know that if your a teen and not obese, you don’t want to cut heavily or you’ll get small.

Im cutting rn, basically all i do is train, eat a lot of protein and small amount of carbs (around 70 - 100g per day), walking 7 - 8 km every day, and the results are -6 kg in 1 and half months. I never knew that losing fat is that simple

@@SexLuthor yeah i learned something new, 100g of carbs was too much, recommended eating like 200, also i don't think u can lose muscle because of carbs, since its basically water, and its pretty hard to lose exactly muscles, only if eating small amount of protein
@@xtFreeze muscle is not mostly protein it’s mostly water. Remember the human body is 72% water? And the suffix in carbohydrates “hydrate” literally means water. It will bond to those sugar molecules called glycogen, and if you don’t eat your carbs your muscle will break down through a very complex process called Gluconeogenesis, and it will turn your body’s protein into sugar.
But yes low carb diets work, but never cut it out wholely from your diet.

More people really need to hit on most fad diets are just highly restrictive whole food diets. Our American processed diet is abysmal, calorically dense and nutritionally barren.

For your calisthenics workouts, do you do a split routine or pushups every day?
I do a hard push workout usually once a week and 50 to 100 pushups as a warmup on every other day
Is it ok if i just cut my foof intake in half cuz i only eat once a day and most of the time its pasta chiken skin/tail and rice ive also started to do exercises becuase ive bean rly lazy the past year and havnt worked out or do very much of anything so i lost alot of strenght and thus started exerciseing but will cutting my food intake inhalf have negative side effect🤔
Anything below your BMR is going to induce fat loss. Make sure you’re getting enough protein and take some multi vitamins to supplement for micronutrients you are missing out on

this is a simple truth.. just eat less.. it's that simple.. and exercise more..
The things i eat everyday is school breakfasts in morning snack during 11 am then 2 pb&j sandwiches or 2 slices of pizza and for dinner is either hotdogs or 2 more slices of pizza... I feel like improving on the pizza part but I wanna hear what you think. Also I use my watch to read body fat and something that makes no sense is after I ate 2 hotdogs today I gained nearly 1% of body fat. And it said I was about 27% when I used to be 24% I even exercise each day. The fact that I gained 3% is kinda scary to me.
Edit: to be more exact, I think I eat around 1 and a half thousand calories each day unless my school food is packed with calories im really not sure then because it doesn't tell you how much calories are in the breakfast.
You just need to cut down on portions and up your protein intake. Cut out stuff like pizza or minimize it and aim for something like chicken breast or turkey breast sandwich instead 💪🏻
You won’t gain body fat percentage from just 1 meal or a few hot dogs think overall food intake for the day
@@FitFrHome hmm. We don't have much protein things but protein shakes that my mom does for herself and I don't think we can afford another mouth to feed for the protein. But I can cut down the portions of pizza and have 1 for dinner but other than that I'm not sure. Also I get hungry very fast but thought to not eat dinner at all so I can just feed off my belly fat. My belly doesn't stick out too much im just going for the abs and flat belly to where you can't see it through my shirt
