    I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

    I've been doing exercises on the Bosu ball for about 7 years. My favorite exercise is deadlifting heavyweight (up to about 290 lbs), and then stepping onto the B-ball one leg at a time, and then once both legs are planted on the B-ball, place the barbell across your quads and bend down like you are squatting and push back up using only your leg drive and glutes. This will get you super-strong very quickly.

    You make it look so simple. Gonna add a few of these into my routine. Thanks for just doing rather than boring chit-chat. Perfect. Love it. Ta.

    Love your video! You went right into the workouts, without the long intro. 🙂 I went on the bosu ball for the first time last week and I loved it. My trainer was surprised that I kept my balance while squatting and holding a 10lb ball, and so was I. Saved this video.

    I am 74 and going for my brown belt in Karate; I needed to strengthen my fourway kick (that is afront, back, and side kick , and ending up with a roundhouse kick on one foot without touching the ground), this has to execute on both legs. This seems to be very helpful and what I needed to help with balance for that. Would love to see a karate version of that using bosu.

    Another great one: doing Pistols using bumper plates. I use up to about 50 Lbs. When I started, I couldn't even do them using only my body weight.

    How many reps?

    • @CoachMich_
      @CoachMich_  5 лет назад +4

      I would suggest doing the exercises for 30 seconds each. These are just different BOSU Ball exercises to try out, so you can pick whichever ones you want to try and add them to your workouts :)
      I would suggest putting them in this format:
      Circuit 1: 2-3x through
      1. Exercise of Choice 1
      2. Exercise of Choice 2
      3. Exercise of Choice 3
      Circuit 2: 2-3x through
      1. Exercise of Choice 4
      2. Exercise of Choice 5
      3. Exercise of Choice 6
      Let me know if you still have questions!
