The Pistol Squat on the BOSU looks challenging but rewarding. Can't wait to give it a try.

Wow. I rarely ever comment on vids here, but the quality of this content is cut-rate, top-shelf, Grade-A premium stuff! Awesome lighting, camera movements, well-made/ smartly-placed text during the exercises, & you're personal musculature is fantastic to watch in action; not to mention that the instructions are clear, strong, & make for an excellent tutorial... & I'm barely only a minute & a half into it!

I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

I had an ankle injury after skateboarding, this would be useful to build ankle strength again, combined with good nutrition.

Numer 11 - Pisto Squat [Dome Down] is not 8. Its is 11 in Challenge Level! Very very hard to do.

Very useful! I have a standard pro Bosu and love it. Props to you getting such a fab endorsement. Would you recommend combining the Bosu with dumbbell or is that too dangerous do u think?

The video is great and a useful guide for everyone using a Bosu ball, however is a true shame that people here are asking you questions/guidance and you simply don't reply to anyone. Really useless subscription channel you have there.

    • @arandomguywholikesfootball5119

Its increased difficulity. You have to keep doing the excercises correctly while having to mantain balance cause the momentum is against you
