    I love her bosu workouts! Fun, not painful, and the seconds go by so fast, not just the resting seconds but the workout seconds too. You can't ask for better than that.

    Thank you for this!!! I also appreciate the comment about being realistic about abdominal expectations...I’ve had three kids and literally everyone always just says work harder etc, but no matter how hard I work I can’t seem to shake that last extra bit. That part almost brought me to tears. Thank you.

    Awesome workout! I have been using Swiss ball, but this looks amazing! I am going to have to expand my home equipment!

    Por suerte te encontre Marsha en las redes me compre uno porque sufro de lumbalgia y de artrosis de cadera y supuse que me iba ser muy util y te encontre y gracias por aportar tan buenos ejercicios mi espalada y cadera te esataran muy agradecidos

    i recently purchased a bosu ball...would follow these exercises as they look very effective for lower back and abs.

    Does 100 pumps per leg (pumping up the flat Bosu) cover my excersize for today??

      @@marshahughesworkouts Still trying to pump the Bosu up (a leak?) and still anxious to get going on this circuit! (also fighting anemia due to AVM so I can only go but so far before losing energy, but still trying!!) Love this workout!

    How many times a week should I workout my core?

      You can do it everyday. Engage it all day actually, with every movement you do. It should always be working!

      Complex movements often involve stretching one side as the other contracts. But it's designed to primarily target the core.

    thinking of getting a ball...but...these moves remind me only that I can do all that without the ball, some on my trampoiline, exept the balance part...hmm...nice simple moves tho
