This was a great intro back into strengthening after recovering from long covid. I only wish the video afforded a few more seconds between exercises for the beginner to move the tablet to the other side :) So we don't have to mess with pause, go back, etc. I also really appreciate no chatting!
As a fitness instructor for decades, I really enjoyed this TRX workout for my beginners. It's not often that I FIND INSTRUCTORS THAT GIVE MODIFICATIONS. YOU DO! GREAT JOB!
After 33-years as a gym member here in Victoria, BC, I finally experimented, and I emphasize experimented, with the TRX-system just over a week ago at the Saanich Cedar Hill Rec Centre. I plan on doing a bit more tomorrow on my next visit. It looks promising.
Im very interested in this. Im 69yr old femal with congestive heart failute. 4 fall in past 16 months. I think Im at the crucial tipping point. if I dont get moving. I s this an appropriate work out and which brand of home training equip would you recommend. TIA
Just got a TRX system yesteday as I read it can be super helpful for mobility issues. I power lift and have back and hip issues so thought I’d give this a try. Holy heck did this kick my butt! The moves weren’t complicated and it was great to see how the straps help me from loosing my balance in certain moves. Ty for this. I will be following your channel and checking out more workouts!
Likewise have made this workout the top of my TRX playlist and this will probably be my workout for the next month. I didn't expect to go through about 2 liters of water during it but, hey, that's not a bad thing either.

Appreciate the different views of the positioning, but for beginners, it would be better or more useful to have ONE angle for a time period to actually learn the proper positioning. It’s very hard to pause to see your form and technique while moving thru the routine.
Workout + A+, great collection of exercises. Music = D minus. The cheesiest, god-awful, cartoony-sounding K-Pop BS I’ve ever heard in a workout video. Seriously…can you please change this?
