  • You ask, I deliver! One BOSU and two sets of weights are recommended for this cardio and strength blended workout. No jumping is shown but feel free to go for it if you see an opportunity!     Hi there, I just found your youtube channel & wanted to thank you so much for the great workouts, this really kicked my butt.. It wasn't pretty, but I will keep trying. Ive had a bosu ball for awhile, and have used it, but nothing like this. I did both the warm up circuit & the low impact video.
