My parents and I have done all of your workouts, some of them more than once, during the last month. I gave them "one month of Vlad" (the three of us do one workout a day) for Christmas, as nothing felt better than to give them an opportunity to get stronger legs, feet and core. 16 minutes a day is perfect. In the beginning, my dad was not able to complete 40 seconds of the core exercises, but lately he found himself completing a whole workout without extra pauses :). Yesterday we were all very excited about this new video and it was as good as always. Thank you for making it easy to become a bit stronger every day!

Hi coach. Im 6'1 85kg and want to be a 20minute 5k runner i guess im about a 30 min one atm. I can back squat 90kg I guess. Im thinking as build up milage which is non existent atm I set a cross training goal to build a runners body, what would u say a good one is??

yes absolutely, use a really loose one so you still get full movement of the exercises
