yes, the height you bring your knees is an indicator of how much force you’re putting into the ground, when you’re being powerful and intentional in the way you’re striking the ground(assuming your hips are open & flexible) then your knees will come higher naturally which allows them to come down with more force

Fastest active sprinter over the 200m distance. In fact when you commented, Yohan Blake (2nd fastest ever at 19..26) was still competing. Obviously both Blake and Bolt are still alive. It's not like the female situation when we say Elaine Thompson-Herah is the fastest woman alive which is true because Flo Jo died in the 90's and Elaine is the 2nd fastest ever in the 100m.

Walking High Knees - first exercise - "You're going to be dorsiflexing your foot." In case you're wondering, that refers to the raised foot and the motion "dorsiflexion" means the foot raises, and that action is imparted by motion through the ankle joint, bringing your toes closer to your shin. I just did this walk without paying attention to that and I noticed my toes wanted to point down. In case you're wondering, that motion is called "plantarflexion," "plantar" referring to the sole of the foot, so the action is again at the ankle joint, but now the toes are moving towards the ground and away from the shin.

I was one of the volunteers at Budapest. (I worked at the medal plaza’s background) and of course watching you compete and win 3 times lit up something in me.
I’ve always enjoyed running and competeing in various sports, but after the World Championship, I wanna improve on my 400.
Soo, soon i’ll use the knowledge that I can extract from the videos you made to get better. Meeting you was a great experiece, I’ll use it as fuel to be better.
All the best in the future! 🙏🏻💪🏻

Thanks for sharing your workout routine and best of luck to you. I'm 67 and now I compete as a master for 60 and 100-meter sprints. I started competing a couple of years ago because my son is so fast. I couldn't settle with sitting around with the other parents at track meets. He should make the D2 nationals this year. I'll subscribe!
