    Great video Noah, and congrats on your win at the trials! Question: Do you know which book Ralph was referring to when explaining the mechanics of a great start @ 9:48?

      Thank you! The book is called “The Mechanics of Sprinting and Hurdling: 2022 Edition” and was written by Ralph himself.

    You will be straight up unbeatable if you get consistent at the start. That crazy top speed got you the gold today. Insanely close.

      Nah bro 9.6 is not easy to run

    • @BlueHopi144
      @BlueHopi144 7 месяцев назад +15

      @@DarenMears it could be achievable before he retires but its a tough call - He gotta have the best start he has ever had in his life to get it . Top end speed is already there ....

    • @DarenMears
      @DarenMears 7 месяцев назад +9

      @@BlueHopi144 I don’t think he will ever run 9.6. Only 3 athletes did that. Noah is not as fast as those athletes in their prime. He is most dominant now in the sport though.

      @DisAstra-qx9gq 7 месяцев назад +1

      @DarenMears
      I never said it was easy.
      Noah is similar to bolt. Strongest part of their race is holding top speed, it's why they're both good at the 200m aswel.

    It takes a Real Champion to really go out there fearless and talk the talk. Kinda reminds me of Achilles in the movie Troy. Absolutely slaying Giants.
