I’m a real fan of Bosu do it every day and it’s really made a difference to my fitness I’m a runner and it really helps me maintain a good run each time, however your video looks fab going to try these routines asap thanks for tuition 😌
Thanks for sharing. It's spring in my country and I'm training on a new, narrow racing kayak which I keep flipping due to lack of proper balance. Hoping these "land" balance workouts will help me on the water.
