Wrist Free Hatha Yoga Class | 20-Minute All Levels Practice

- This 20-minute hatha yoga class is perfect for anyone who wants a full body stretch, without using their wrists, hands or forearms! This will be a slower-paced practice with a little bit of flow, but more time to hold each pose. There are no downward-facing dogs, planks or chaturangas in this sequence. We will begin with a standing sequence and end with supine stretches. All levels welcome and no props needed.

I've developed a bad case of the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and can't do downward facing dog, etc. until it's resolved, so I'm extra grateful for this lovely sequence.
In in the same situation. How has it come along for you and are you doing anything besides rest for your carpal tunnel?
@@myself171 I've been using a brace (at night) and doing some exercises, but my right hand is still a problem. I hope I won't have to have surgery for it.
I'm so thankful for this wrist-free yoga flow. My wrists have been aching for a while now and, besides it impacting daily activity, I'm saddened my yoga practice has also been neglected. I've enjoyed this class with you and would certainly be happy to see more wrist-free yoga!

What a great idea to let go of the downward facing dog for a change. That position is not ideal for anyone having reflux issues. Thank you Jessica!

Thank you for posting this practice. I practice Ashtanga and even short/modified practices are wrist and shoulder heavy. This practice was really restorative. I will do it again!
