Hands Free Yoga Flow | 25 Min Practice for Wrist & Shoulder Injuries

- Welcome to this hands free yoga flow a 25 minute practice for anyone with an upper body injury (wrists, shoulders, etc..). This class is designed to show you just how much you can do whilst nursing an injuring so that you can still have a fulfilling practice despite needing modify.
It's likely you are having to do things differently to compensate for your injury which is why we'll be focusing on mobility sequences for the lower body so that the legs and hips can compensate for the wrists and shoulders.
Today's flow also includes a vinyasa style practice with balancing, stretching and strengthening postures so that you get the whole package without needing to use your hands.
This flow is completely hands free so you can practice safely in the knowledge that you won't aggravate your injury.

Strangely got a pinched nerve on the collarbone area yesterday so cannot lift one arm without pain. Chose this practice today and it was great. Thanks Charlie.
Certainly did feel safe with my injured wrist. Although lower body focused still felt like a good overall workout 🙏💙
I injured my wrist and thought cardio was my only option to stay in shape. I despise cardio so I am very thankful for this practice. I can continue my yoga routine and take care of my wrist!

Thank you for this and all your videos geared toward working with an injury. I found you this past summer while I was looking for a practice while my fractured metatarsal healed. Now I am in to this asI have tendonitis in my shoulder! It gave me hope as to stop doing yoga completely will not help my mind or body!
