I’ve started working out a lot and doing hiit workouts and it hasn’t done anything to my supply. I even started doing hot yoga so I’m sweating a lot but I’m making sure I drink almost 1.5 gallons of water a day and eating a lot but I’m not losing any weight I think I’m just maintaining it because I haven’t been able to lose any weight

Work related Stress was what made my milk supply decreased and I noticed it due to my baby not being at ease after breastfeeding. She would go to sleep and wake up sucking and still drinking more. I been doing more walks and this helped with my supply and my overall mental health

My weight just fell off but I want to workout to tone. Now I’m concerned that I may have been losing weight too quickly.

I started to do a lot of high intensity training in the evenings and I found that my baby boy is starting to wake up more regularly and regress a lot in his sleep and I was wondering if the adrenaline from exercise could maybe be going through to my breast milk and if that could be what’s keeping him up at night?

It’s definitely a possibility but hard to say since baby’s can experience sleep regression from so many things!

Hello! You can but definitely proceed with caution and consult your doctor for recommendations on caloric intake and the best foods for milk supply!
