Thanks you! Scoliosis runs in my family and we all have it. My mom's is really severe and has created every health problem she has had so far. I am training to be an instructor and my focus and passion is scoliosis.
My 13 year old daughter was just diagnosed with scoliosis. I’m going to have her to this video to help relieve back pain. Her spine is 17% curved.

I have scoliosis 42degree s curve. I am 53 years old and work as a nurse in an Acute care facility. I also have Ankylosis spondylitis-I loved this video and can’t wait until tomorrow morning to do another one. 🎉
Thanx I am glad i just found your videos, I am just getting overwhelmed with so much language and descriptions with words i dont understand about my curve and cant understand at the moment as they are triggering emotionally, this was kept it simple in a way that anyone overwhelmed with this condition struggling day to day like myself can understand and get started on a daily routine that suits all ❤ thanx again
