Thanks you! Scoliosis runs in my family and we all have it. My mom's is really severe and has created every health problem she has had so far. I am training to be an instructor and my focus and passion is scoliosis.
To much music echoing voice
It's the brain thing trying to coordinate my whole body. Days I just feel like a bladder on a stick.......
My 13 year old daughter was just diagnosed with scoliosis. I’m going to have her to this video to help relieve back pain. Her spine is 17% curved.
I’m a scoliosis gal who arises “wonky” too-these felt really good and I like the pace and the flow of these stretches. Thank you, Rachel! Any further help is welcome.
I have scoliosis 42degree s curve. I am 53 years old and work as a nurse in an Acute care facility. I also have Ankylosis spondylitis-I loved this video and can’t wait until tomorrow morning to do another one. 🎉

Thanx I am glad i just found your videos, I am just getting overwhelmed with so much language and descriptions with words i dont understand about my curve and cant understand at the moment as they are triggering emotionally, this was kept it simple in a way that anyone overwhelmed with this condition struggling day to day like myself can understand and get started on a daily routine that suits all ❤ thanx again

Can I ask, is it possible to fix scoliosis(by doing these exercises), when I stopped growing?

Great stretches, Rachel! I would have loved it if you could have held each stretch at least 30 seconds though as it was hard to keep pausing the video and then restarting it during the stretches. Perhaps you could do another longer version of this one, but these felt delicious and juicy on the neck and shoulders. Thanks so much for this!

I have five days of being glued to my desk this week and, Monday morning, already stiff and achey... Not the best start!
