    Thank you so much for posting this! The worst of my scoliosis curve is concentrated in my lumbar, and strengthening my core is one of the most important steps to fighting off low back pain and generally protecting my spine from injury. I'm really excited to incorporate this into my daily workout! :)

    Thank you so much Christina.Have you ever encountered my current situation that I am about to write about now?
    I have a pain and a problem in my right hip for about 20 days. ..... when I stand in I can't walk straight, I'm skating to the left...
    my hip is shifted to the right.
    Very difficult writing .. .
    and tight, tightness in my lumbar area and right pelvis
    I dont know how can ı manage this.
    My scolio idiopatic reserveS right Th~50⁰, left L 83⁰.
    I went 3 months ago osteopato and recovered after 6 sessions, my posture had improved. But now it's repeated.I started again, 2 sessions have passed yet.
    Do you know some smiliar experience dear Christina?
    This Wednesday I'll go Op.Dr NeuroSurgeon and after schrotch terapista .

    I have scoliosis s shape 58° curve, it can be Recovered with exercise or not plz reply

      Excercise can improve your overall posture and improve the « aesthetics » / overall balance of scoliosis. You might be ablz to reduce it by a few degrees but it won’t straighten your spine. Having said this having scoliosis does NOT mean you’re sick, have to suffer from pain or disability. You can have a perfectly normal and healthy life. It’s about managing scoliosis.

    I was fused 13 years ago, do you have a specific ab video for those with fused spines with minimal flexibility in the back? I get disheartened watching ab workouts as I can’t physically do most of the workouts!

    Are these viable as a male too?
    I'm 22 and have scoliosis, looking to start from somewhere easy.
