  • Hey, it's another walking workout and this time it's a 40-minute metabolic weight loss walking workout. This is a knee-friendly, low-impact workout, no jumps, that is gentle on the joints and still burns fat. This running workout includes a number of core exercises that will help you tone and tone your midsection at the same time.
    To increase the intensity of this running workout, grab light weights and skip all breaks.
    You work for 50 seconds and have 10 seconds of rest in between.

    yeaaaah it's wednesday again and that means a walking workout for weight loss. This time 40 minutes of hard work.
    If you want to make it harder, you can grab weights or don't take a break.

    Got a bit of co-ordination issues so I either concentrated on one or two moves or modified the moves 😅Hope to improve on my co-ordination skills 🤭 Overall a good sweaty workout

      Moving arms and legs at the same time is difficult for many people. The more you practice, the better it goes. It will be fine.
