Little suggestion here, you showed a few stretching exercices to do on the bike, and i just thought, why not make a dedicated video on pre-ride and post-ride stretching? Perhaps some sort of stretching routine. I always struggle to find a decent stretching routine video online before and after my sessions. Thanks a lot!
Really have liked your indoor/outdoor mixed stuff in the past where half or more of it is view of an outside ride! (Dolomites, etc) With it up on my 65" is gives me at least a small distraction of being stuck inside! The 55min FTP Threshold Interval w/Emma&Hank and Sweet Spot Intervals with Si some of my favorites, don't mind repeating! Definitely would like to see some longer workouts (40-60min) - then at least with a solo extendedwarmup and cooldown it can be a solid chunk of training.

Is there anything special you need to setup when doing these workouts with Wahoo Kickr or do you just plug in and go? I've only used my Kickr with Zwift.
You can go to the Wahoo app on your phone and pair it with your kicker. It will display a dashboard with cadence and power. The kicker will act like a normal trainer, where changing gears changes the resistance.
Also, you can go into Zwift and build custom workouts that follow along with the GCN videos. Sync up the video with your Zwift workout and you'll get the best of both worlds - Zwift riding and Hank motivating you through the workout.

This would be awesome with FTP-% targets
We're working on this, but for HIIT training the power numbers aren't crucial to look at during the efforts, it's more important that you work as hard as you feel you can. Power data would be good to look at after a session like this as your average for each 30s should decline as you get tired. The less you fatigue through the session the better!
I do this every day in the evening. Is it enough to lose weight + eating less and more healthy (1600-2000 calories a day)?
Get a fitness watch and track calories burnt in this session.
@@FarazSyed-ke2cv I can confirm now that it's enough. I lost 36 kilos total, and this exercise was the spark that started it all haha.
