I think it is good but it is to short for me
GCN Training I haven’t done it yet but I will do it tomorrow. The length of the workout is perfect for me 👍
One of my favourites. I'm totally indoors here in Canada until at least the end of March. I do this one once a week along with the one hour constant power power/endurance session first done by Matt and later by Chris. Would love to see that one updated too.

Just trying to get cycle fit after a few years of very little exercise and feeling the benefits after only a few weeks of daily sessions. Just don't mention NOT to think about work! It wasn't in my head until then and I'd rather not think about it 😅 Keep up the great sessions 🚴♀️

I really enjoyed this workout, 53 years old over weight and on a normal exercise bike but this class was brilliant!

A great 30 session when using indoor turbo trainer & my road bike. Makes a 56 year old feel 86 by the end .... well it does me anyway. In other words it hits the spot! Thank you. PS.Very well balanced commentary along the way. Right content, not to much not to little. Well done.

First time viewer here. Been cycling for Triathlon for about a year and using static bike during the winter. I used Apple fitness but prefer this, music doesn’t dominate and I like the chat. I’m old, so my max effort doesn’t get me as far as you lot, but everything is relative, right? 😂
After 11 months with no new training content, this was a very welcome addition. It's not that I don't like riding with Matt Stevens up the Passo Gardena from a session filmed 3 years ago, but it's great to have something new! Well done team!

concur, the ads are excessive and an unwelcome disruption
we're very sorry about this - the channel only got monetised during the christmas period and this meant ads were automatically placed in the middle of the videos. Mid-roll ads have now been removed from all of the training videos so they should no longer appear

This was amazing! I started cycling last year then discovered HIIT after cycling got easy (and my husband said changing up work outs is most effective). I have a high resting heart rate (80-100 bpm). So HIIT training has been incredible for me! More videos like this please!!

Good workout. I like the short intense workouts most of the time, but would like a longer steady one (60-90 mins) to do occasionally.

Thanks for a wonderful workout that wasn't also wall-to-wall inside jokes with your friends. I get having some banter and have no problem with it. But many of the other videos seem like the rest of us are interrupting your party. Thanks again for a better balance.

For your marketing purposes: I found this video/your channel through recommended videos after searching cycling-related videos before purchasing an indoor bike.
I like these short, sharp sessions. 30 mins is a good length for a turbo sesh.

I just started back on my stationary bike. I had to stop midway through, but after 30 seconds I resumed and finished the workout!

Wow, just used my new wattbike atom v2 for its first GCN session set on free ride, have been doing all your sessions in lockdown on an older system of bike and power unit but this was awesome and I had instant power, even when I really didn’t want it on the sprints.
Certainly no hiding place on this new workout, fabulous entertainment throughout. A big thumbs up from me and my mighty atom.
