I’ve done this about 4 times now and I felt incredible after every session! It goes super quick but you get a really good workout from it. LOVING IT!!!
What I liked the most of his workout is that he focus on the biking and keep us busy. And is not talking about , follow during the workout. He wait for it to finish to ask.❤ good job🎉 new subscriber

we're very sorry about this - the channel only got monetised during the christmas period and this meant ads were automatically placed in the middle of the videos. Mid-roll ads have now been removed from all of the training videos so they should no longer appear
Just trying to get cycle fit after a few years of very little exercise and feeling the benefits after only a few weeks of daily sessions. Just don't mention NOT to think about work! It wasn't in my head until then and I'd rather not think about it 😅 Keep up the great sessions 🚴♀️
This was amazing! I started cycling last year then discovered HIIT after cycling got easy (and my husband said changing up work outs is most effective). I have a high resting heart rate (80-100 bpm). So HIIT training has been incredible for me! More videos like this please!!

Wow, just used my new wattbike atom v2 for its first GCN session set on free ride, have been doing all your sessions in lockdown on an older system of bike and power unit but this was awesome and I had instant power, even when I really didn’t want it on the sprints. Certainly no hiding place on this new workout, fabulous entertainment throughout. A big thumbs up from me and my mighty atom.

First time viewer here. Been cycling for Triathlon for about a year and using static bike during the winter. I used Apple fitness but prefer this, music doesn’t dominate and I like the chat. I’m old, so my max effort doesn’t get me as far as you lot, but everything is relative, right? 😂

A great 30 session when using indoor turbo trainer & my road bike. Makes a 56 year old feel 86 by the end .... well it does me anyway. In other words it hits the spot! Thank you. PS.Very well balanced commentary along the way. Right content, not to much not to little. Well done.

Brilliant ride! (as you Brits would say:) Love the varied sprints, great cueing. The little shots of jokes and humor really upped the enjoyment, if you can call it that. Will return to it regularly! Love Manon's presentation...happy to see more female-led rides!
I'm a regular user of the older videos. Can I request the effort chart along the bottom of the screen with the moving line so you can see what's coming? I really find that feature useful.
Wow, thought this would be easy as it was only 30m long. The short levels of intensity were okay to begin with but it was the short periods of recovery that did for me in the end! Managed to get my HR into zone 5 for every hard level which is great as I usually don't get much of an opportunity to do this during my commute along the scrap covered roads from Sheffield to Rotherham! Can't wait for better weather and the end of lockdown so I can get into the Peak District. Meanwhile thanks so much to Hank and the team - can we have more videos like this to keep up the motivation as well as the fitness levels!
I have learned so much from the Tami Nolon Cfd and also have dropped a few abdominal fat that I never ever thought I could remove and it permitted me to do it the wholesome manner. Since that time, I have lost FIFTEEN pounds of my weight and have toned my body, a much better compared to going to a work out center. I seem like it has granted me added strength.
Great workout in that the recoveries were long enough that I could add more to the intervals. For example I’d do the 30 sec sprint into a 30 sec high gear climb. Would love a similar session with a pyramid so the work intervals get longer and the work to recovery intervals are more like 1:1.
awesome session, I love these 30 min videos, my go-to video was always "Fast Fitness Workout - Get Fit With GCN's 30 Minute High Cadence Bike Workout". This one will definitely feature regularly in my training now. I always enjoy combining these 30 min sessions with some weight training, core strength, or pilates/stretching as part of a longer whole body work out

Good workout. I like the short intense workouts most of the time, but would like a longer steady one (60-90 mins) to do occasionally.
