I've followed this specific video for almost 3 years. I used to mix it with some other videos, but then one day, seeing that my cardio was way better than my teammates (I exercise a lot), I turned this video into my only source of cardio work, every day. And when people ask me how do I stay this fit at 42 yo, I send them this link. I know it works bc it's really hard to get through it after long vacations. So thank you from Chile!
I'm pretty athletic. I work out 5-6 days of the week and play tennis a few times a week as well yet this 15 minute workout absolutely killed me. My legs were dead and my ego was crushed. I loved it. Can't wait to do it again! 😄

Just ate a Crumbl cookie yesterday (no thanks to my husband for bringing them in the house😤)😂😂. And I ate too many carbs this week but overall I have been staying on track. Going to workout today. Didn’t meet the 40lb goal by March but I’m still working towards it! Just gotta get back on focus & stay consistent, it will happen by my b-day in July. Check back then! How are u doing?
Did this workout for the first time today. I was always more of an endurance rider so this workout was definitely quite hard. I think I left some showers dryer than I left my bike after the session lol Manon did it really well, thank you guys :) Guess I found a way to cycle through the next two weeks of lockdown and snow

Loving these GCN cycling videos. Started this past Monday and I've been hooked. I haven't done a cycling workout in over 10 years but I'm on vacation this week and decided I wanted to train. I've been able to keep up without stopping in the middle and finishing to end. I've dropped 11 Lbs in 4 days. I've done a different video each day so far. Great Video, great explanation and set up. Love these workouts, I've found that the 15 to 30 minutes is worth the effort, I feel so good after making myself do it!! I have a hard time walking or running for exercise due to bad feet, this does NOT hurt my feet!!

My favorite workout on GCN in long time. Amazing intensity for just 15 min. Be nice to see 25 min version and 35. This workout was perfectly balanced. Incredible job
They won't show that because a) impossible to keep up that intensity and b) poeple want to believe you only need to cycle hard for 15 mins to burn tonnes of calories. Pure lies

Love this video...been over killing myself with 20-30 cycling after lifting wieghts but i am super happy to try this only15 minute HIT cycliny video and feel completely spent and sufficient.
I workout a lot, especially cardio, so I wasn't expecting this to be as hard as it was! It was a great challenge. Since I've worked out for yaers, it can be hard to find a HIIT routine that is challenging for me, so I was glad to see this one was. This was also my first spin/bike class. Hit 7.2 miles during this!
Started to do few videos from GCN and I'm loving it... Will post an update after 15 days max. Now im at 56kgs. My goal is to be back on 50kgs but much stronger. Cheers everyone!!!

Solid little HIIT session, thanks! If i may give a little critique, please don't use titles like 'belly fat loss'. This may lead people to believe 'spot reducing' fat is a real thing. It isn't. Before you know it you'll have people doing a thousand crunches to burn their belly fat 😂

I have been using my stationary bicycle for a few weeks but now I wanted to step up my game. I did more than 10 minutes and couldn't anymore haha I will keep practicing and stepping up my stamina! Thanks for creating this!!
I like that this is under 30 with some longer intervals and the short all-out sprints at the end. It isn't as grueling as some of the other videos but it's a good short-length all-around training session and Hank is very motivating

Good 15min ride. I've done spin while I was in the US Army and enjoyed it immensely. I retired in 2016. I got a bit lazy after retirement and let myself go. I've been trying to find a type of cardio that I can enjoyably sustain. Bought a Keiser M3i a couple months ago. Finally finding the motivation to start using it. 15min is long enough for me right now. Plus, I'll increase resistance and rpms as I my endurance and stamina get stronger.
The 1-hour power/endurance gcn video is 7 segments if 3-minutes, rest, then 6 segments of 4-minutes. I just get on bike and meditate my way through this. No ups or downs. Pure spin!
Amazing video, been using it the past two days and I have really felt the burn. Feel so much more accomplished after the workout. Going to build this into my daily exercise going forward 🤘🏼
GCN, the description of this video outlines the workout (thanks) but the end set is missing. After the last 30 sec max (and rest) there is one more 1 min at max.

I feel like I'm going to die at the end of this, which must mean it's a good session. 🤣 Not a cyclist at all, but I have a foot injury right now that prevents me from doing other types of HIIT. These short workouts are keeping me conditioned as finishers after strength training. More 15-minute HIIT, please!
