Even though I don't currently have a smart trainer and gauging my effort level was a bit problematic, the workout was easy to follow along thanks to Mano's guidance and I managed to have a very solid workout. I have an Echelon Connect Sport spin bike. My 0 exertion at 80BPM was at gear 18. Each gear was worth one, so my perceived effort of 10 was gear 28. This was awesome. Mixed in with my GCN 20 HIIT workouts, I'm getting the best of both long and short routes whilst living through another Canadian winter. You guys rock. Cheers for everything you do.
Really enjoyed this sesssion. I like Manon talking throughout as it gives something additional to focus on to pass the time - wish the others had joined in a bit more! Thanks for the uninterrupted longer sessions - would love more of these!

Motivating session. I was a real fan of good old sessions by good ol Matthew Stephens. Mannon is really on par with his sessions (if not a little better). Love that you slightly change the hard efforts between 8,9 and 10. keeps me forgetting that I’m in the hurt locker and keeps me pushing harder.

This here is such a killer sesh!! LOVE IT!!!! I keep it so simple, adjust using my turbos increase and use my normal road cadence or follow th cadence indicator. Lovely VINDALOO spice!

This was my 1st GCN session. I'm unable to do any other form of exercise due to neurological conditions, so I use this as Rehab and physio. This was savage and the burn was mental. Definitely helping my endurance. Thanks guys

OMG. This was an amazing workout. Thought I was going to get sick a few times i was working so hard.
