    We tackled assembling the bike as a family project. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The package is heavy, but I have 2 teen boys that were able to move it. The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.

    Pretty pleased with myself to have completed this, as I’m 70. Whenever I go to a spin class at my local Pure Gym I normally find I’m at least 40 years older than anybody else. But who cares.

      Well, I am in my early 50 but I know lot of in my spinning class are much older than I am, and they are doing much better than I :). I have been spinning for years now.

    Without a doubt the most brutal GCN video I’ve done. Thought it would be pretty easy after the 1hr reverse pyramids, but this went next level at the 20 minute mark! Savage.

    The Paul Ryman spin class videos are awesome. He is a great motivator without all the unneccessary trash talking. I really enjoy the graph on the bottom of the screen as well. Any chance we can get some more of the videos put on youtube?

      I started working with Paul almost 1 month now and I'm so pleased. I have lost some pounds, gotten fitter and my legs are so strong. I'm gonna stick with you Paul whether you like it or not - I'm here for the long haul Paul.

    Frankly, I have found Paul excellent. Surprised that he doesn’t have more videos. Really like his guidance, music choices, sensible advice and the bar graphs are such a great idea. I am surprised that Paul is not a mainstay of this business or branched out. I would happily pay to subscribe to his material. One of the best on the net!

    I just bought my new Exercise Bike yesterday for my 44rth Bday, i decided that i have been fat for way too long. I knew i needed help, some direction and guidance on how to get the best from my Bike without the mundane routine.     Paul’s classes are definitely the best in my opinion, just the right amount of feedback from him through the session, though I’d like to see suggested RPM displayed all the time, along with effort level, too many times I find RPM not displayed and I’m guessing what it’s supposed to be only to find I’m too low when it’s finally displayed.

    I like to raise the front wheel (simulating the gradient) to make these type of sessions even more climbing-specific. Great video though!

    I thoroughly enjoyed this Spin Class!!! I am a Spin Instructor that is not teaching at the moment due to the Pandemic and these videos keep me current, so I won't pass out once I return to teaching. :D I also really like the graph on the bottom of the screen because I know what is coming.     Second vid I have done with Paul, the last one I did many times, and I think I will with this too.
    He is a good motivator without sugar-coating anything and seems to enjoy the pain. Only thing is I can't seem to 'add a little more' when I'm standing at 100RPM - I feel like I'd fly off the turbo if I tried lol.

    My second favorite GCN workout vid. The first one is no longer accessible, boohoo! For some reason it’s now on “private” setting.     I like how the instructor isn't obnoxiously talkative and that there are visual cues to indicate the length of each cycle interval.
    Edit: the camera person really likes that pretty guy with the black and red shirt.

    Just started following your site. Thank you for making these videos available. Great spin workout at home on days when I don't make the scheduled classes at the gym. So far this instructor is just as good, if not better than the ones at the gym! Keep the videos coming!

    Very good cycling workout. Have been doing this one for nearly a year now. It's been very good in lockdown and still keep it up. I'm age 66 and keep fit regularly. I also like the draft at the bottom of the screen. Keep producing these workouts. Thank you 🤗

    I am just over a year working out using Paul’s workout thank you so much had trouble with motivation, depression and loosing weight after baby I am back to my old self in a year from 93kg to 60kg 175 tall!
    Paul you gave me light and brought me from darkest days!!!! I will always remember you as my mentor and do your workouts 5 days a week for as long as they on !!!

    I keep coming back to this workout again and again and again. Perfect length for a quick but solid workout, excellent music, fantastic commentary. I have a few other sessions on my regular rotation, but this is my number 1 go to spin session.

    Didn't know what to expect at first but after I was finished....HOLY COW!!
    Felt like I really accomplished something.
    Now I am combining some of these for an EXTREME workout! Getting ready for the thaw!!
