👍🏻Seems like we’re reading each other’s minds again. Was the footwork portion supposed to feel lighter so that we had to control things more? Just trying to gauge whether or not I should’ve added more resistance.
“I have a fifth sense… it’s like I have ESPN or something” 🙃🔮 On the single leg footwork, you can absolutely do heavier/more springs, as long as you have full control of the return of the carriage. If the springs are doing the work and pulling you back in vs. you controlling them all the way in, I’d suggest the lighter load that you can control. Very good question 👍
