Fase one is a challenging one. Poehhh! Feels good though. Love your overall diversity in these classes.
There are some challenging exercises in this session. So glad it felt good!
Think I need to work on form for a few of these. Actually the wall pelvic curl was the one I felt least sure I was doing correctly. Aside from that this routine was a welcome change to more standard mat work. My brain was definitely challenged too. Thanks!

Challenging, but very nice. Focussing on the wall is certainly new: trying to keep pressing on. Working on bone density is important for me so I am glad with another standing up lesson.

This looks like a wonderful workout. I will be adding your workouts to my workout rotation. Is there any way that you can create a side-lying lower body workout for the inner and outer thighs. Thank you so much.
So glad you enjoyed the class. There are already some of those classes available on the channel but I'm sure they'll come into the mix again. In addition the extended version of this class within the membership includes the side work for inner and out legs, some additional leg work and stretches too.
She has great workouts for this. Try Beth's ones with ankle weights!

Pilates is wonderful because it allows you to choose the intensity of exercises. There are lots of options on the channel.
