    it’s been so incredibly long since i’ve done a ballet warm up and when i started this video i could barely brush the floor with my fingertips, and by the end of this, i was able to put my hands all the way flat back on the floor! thank you so much, this video is incredible!

    Thank you so much. I used to take ballet when i performed and loved it. I now have diseases that cause joint trouble so I was looking for a very beginner ballet focused SHORT warm up. This is perfect and I can do it in my kitchen while waiting for my tea to brew. Also easy to adjust for my needs. Thank you thank you thank you!!

    I loved this, thank you for sharing. I miss the routine of dancing once a week that I had in high school, so I'm hoping to use videos like this to help me get safely back into a low key practice. I also appreciate the reminder to engage my abdominals, it is so important.

    Hi Natalie,WOW,,,,,, I am so glad I have found You! I remember doing these but have not done any dance since the end of the 90;s ,so I will start these again-they are ideal for me as a warm up before going for a run. I would be more "at home" doing these than some aimed for runners ,and could be worked in to my daily morning yoga practice ,Thank you , with love and light to you all,Simon.x.

    Hey Natalie, really enjoyed this warm-up. I'm new to Ballet, several weeks ago I had a bit of an awakening to the art.....Long story short, I joined a local, Ballet for beginners class.... and the rest is history. Love your warm-up, I am a keen runner so realise the importance of WU! Thank you. :)

    I’m starting ballet again. (I did some classes from the age of 5-6) and found I’m definitely not flexible, so I’m really trying to improve that for me to make it easier for me to do my classes (I struggle with deep pliés and développer due to not having much hip flexibility)

    Love your outfit! Hey, are you still doing RAD exams? Hope your hips are better and not hurting anymore.

    • @NatalieDanzaBallet
      @NatalieDanzaBallet  5 лет назад +4

      Thank you Susan! I'm not studying RAD at the moment as I've moved back to Madrid and am in a school which doesn't teach RAD. I do enjoy changing techniques though :) My hips are fine at the moment but I do have to be careful, especially with my left hip. I sustained an injury in both hips during my last few months in the conservatoire. That was 4 years ago now so they have fully healed, but I still look after them with extra care :)

    Wow if I did this before my ballet beginner ballet class I don’t know if I have any energy to go through the class? I guess I’ll just try to do some of them each time and maybe break it down to a few of them that are more of a combination
