I think this is great for Dystonia or Parkinson’s patients. I’m going to try this - and give feedback. I have Dystonia in my legs and neck . But I have had ballet when I was young . This is perfect and relaxing. Better than the rehab workouts they gave me from a doctor that put me back in pain 😢. Thank you so much for this ! You’re beautiful and so patient! God Bless 🙏
This was a great barre! I’m older dancer and also have an ankle injury. This was perfect. I also like working slowly to not only perfect technique but also to slowly work on phrasing, epaulement,, and facial expression. All of these become more challenging with more intricate and complicated barre. Thank you!
