Do you have any tips to help with sloppy pirouettes? I try to do good ones but they are so bad and I hop and then if I do triples, I fall out of them.

The best advice I have is to go back to basics. Work on holding the relevé at the end of your single pirouette before you come down. Then do the same for your doubles then finally try the triples. Going back to basics and cleaning up technique is always the best way in my opinion :)

Hello this is quite an old video so you probably won’t see this but I really struggle with the frog pose (the one where you lay on your stomach) it feels so wrong. Like not a normal stretch pull if feels like a bone thing haha. Anyways idk what I’m doing wrong or there’s a specific part of my hips that are weak (the other stretches are fine it’s just that one) thank you to anyone with any tips!

It may be too much pressure for your hips. Don’t do anything if it feels painful. There’s no need to do all of these stretches 🤗

Careful of the knee on the standing leg! Don't let it collapse!
