This was soooo helpful!!! Thank you so much! I was wondering if you could do a video about how to feasibly do all these exercises in one day, or which ones to hit! I don't have a lot of time being a full time student, but I want to make sure I'm training every day! How do I boil exercises down to the most important?
Auti, thank you thank you, your videos are so helpful and important to me, because I just started dancing lyrical/contemporary with a dance group and am new to these styles of dance. So when I’m not at practice, I got straight to your vids everyday. Thank you so much! Also, could you please do some tutorials on fondues to high kicks to the side and in the front? 💖 (I know I’m not yet that familiar with lingo)
I love your videos! Can you please make another beginner jazz video? I don't go to dance class but I'm trying to teach myself at home. Your videos really help me. Thanks you so much! ♡
What if I can't even turn out correctly because my inner tigh- whatever ligaments are so short? Or is it just my muscles for turnout aren't strong enough or how can I find out which one is it that I for example won't ever get into a lotus pose - not even close....?
For the last exercise, I have SO MUCH BOOTY and being on the wall like that actually misaligns my spine. Do I line my legs up to the wall and then allow my back to come off a bit?
Does anyone else feel something (ligaments?) move inside their hip when doing the first excercise? My left one does it, it doesn't hurt but it's kinda uncomfortable, so I'm not sure if it's normal or not...
THANK U SOOO MUCH Auti!!! You are such an amazing, nice, and encouraging dance teacher and dancer! 💚💚💚

Hi Miss Auti! When I point my feet, my big toes go flat, and the rest of them bend! Is there any way you could do a video for odd feet?
it happens the same to me!!
no way me too!!!
This happens to me, too! I notice it most often when I’m winging.
Everyone’s feet are different so others will look different from yours, but my feet do the same thing!
thank you auti! ps: I DON’T FEEL ANYTHING MISS AUTI! :(😂😂 i’ll vote!

Yeah same I would say it's because the ligament isn't used to it so just take it slow and be careful but I'm not an expert
This happens to me every time I do the middle splits (or at least as far as I can go)
