Some years ago, I went to a ballet course and I liked it, but it was short. Seven years later, I found my half-pointe shoes and now I'm excited to start again and learn more about this beautiful art!! Thank you so much for this video, it's gonna be useful!

Thank you so much for this! I’m learning how important it is to be warmed up for a class. I haven’t checked yet but do you have barre class videos? Because that would be awesome!

Hi Margaret, yes I do have some ballet lessons, barre and center classes but they are quite beginners level in case you are looking for more advanced or intermediate l am looking into getting some new lessons recorded soon. Regarding warmup, it’s absolutely important and it can take from 3 to 10 minutes to do an easy but quick warm up and make sure that we are ready for next steps. Thank you for your comment 😍 keep the hard work

This warmup is fun to watch. Calling in 'for all' is a mistake The jumping can cause damage to knees and ankles and the balance is nearly impossible for many people

Thank you for sharing your perspective! I appreciate your concern regarding the jumps and balance exercises in the warmup. It's important to note that the warmup routine is designed to cater to a wide range of individuals, each with their own capabilities and limitations. While the jumps and balance exercises can indeed pose challenges for some, it's crucial to approach them at a level that feels comfortable and safe for you. It's perfectly acceptable to modify the intensity or range of motion based on your own strength and flexibility. Listening to your body and working within your limits is key. I apologise if the description of the warmup as "for all" was misleading. The intention is to create an inclusive environment where participants can adapt the exercises to suit their needs. Ultimately, the goal is to engage the body and prepare it for further movement, rather than pushing beyond one's capabilities. Thank you for bringing up these concerns, and I hope this clarifies the approach behind the warmup routine. Safety and individual comfort are paramount, so please feel free to make adjustments that suit your own level and limitations.😍
