I honestly think Elon Musk's XAI33x is the safest bet for long term hold, and will survive out of every other altcoins. It will get adopted in US, Ecuador, Asia, starting from Japan, and slowly spread out and gain. This is a winning coin, apart from all the technical greatness.
You might want to do a deeper dive on why waymo is not making money. They're simply doing autonomy wrong. Expensive sensors, still needs supervisers to take over, still runs on gas, needs a lot of mapping and prework before it can operate anywhere, and even then it screws up because it's basically a tram running on its tracks.

@just_mdd4
Way to miss the point man. Did you notice the difference then? That's like gamers saying 300 fps is better than 60, there's no difference that your eyes can see man, so why even talk about it
how does a man that spends his entire day on twitter be able to make this car.
because he doesn't do SHIT, he's just a showman
Will be interested to see how this compares to WAYMO. Crazy how it doesn’t have a bunch of sensors sticking out all over the place and it’s navigating with just cameras and no lidar/radar
The difference is Waymo is like actual gameplay and Tesla is a pre-rendered game trailer.
@@ados8064 You d realize, that Waymo only works in pre-mapped areas, right? And they don't have any path to make this widely available
LiDAR is too expensive for third rate vaporware demos like this, let Ford/GM/VW take the lead on that
@@ados8064 Sure, until you are having to equip a 20k to 30k car with around 40k or more in sensors and then having to try to sell a 100k car to a business that might use it. Why do you think Waymo hasn't sold any cars or their technology for use with other companies? Because they are too expensive. If Tesla could pull this off with vision only, we will see this thing everywhere.
Tesla uses Cameras and AI to drive the vehicles lidar is too much and it’s too bulky. Elon decided it’s not needed.
Imagine being in this thing with no way to control the vehicle when the ai self driving hallucinates and sends you flying off the road.
I’d rather share the road with this than a drunk driver.
chatbots hallucinate not cars
The two things you described aren't related to the way this works.
You don't need to imagine, many are injured every year due to human error. This has the potential to improve that statistic.
@@britishyankee961 /Thread. Yeah, I'm not impressed with this demo either - it's just as slow as regular Tesla FSD and the 2 seater vehicle is everything but impressive. But there should be more talk about how abysmally bad and dangerous human drivers are, killing and maiming thousands every year, instead of people laughing at the progression of this kind of technology.
Only took them 15 years to create a Robotaxi prototype. Another 15 years until it is available for pre-order, then 15 years after that…..
Imagine if it was a sub $20k 250 highway mile EV n not a robotaxi, wouldnt that be something
Having Model 3 or something that look like this would be amazing.
Pretty cool, but i feel like it should have a physical emergency door unlock in case something happens.
oh come on … take off the seat belt … try to interrupt, simulate a personal override, "let me out here, I'll walk" etc.
It's not a review though. It's a showcase in a controlled environment, calm your tits bud.
Brother it's a tesla event with scripted rides
Just like a Trump interview, certain questions are not allowed and will get you banned from any future interactions
It's a demo for a prototype product, you expect stress tests at unveiling events?
Tesla doing anything but send out those damn Roadsters
Its amazing! I really hope there's a 4 seater in it's future somewhere
Model Y. It will get the unsupervised FSD next year and you can buy it now.
The Robo-taxi looks great, its got Aston Martin vibes to me.
I genuinely think XAI33x will be the breakthrough for this run
i live in boston and we've actually had something similar to this since the late 1800's, we call them "subways". it's similar to this robotaxi, except they're on rails, carry hundreds more people, and only need a few operators a train. it's crazy cause you don't have to drive, and you can watch movies!
A Subway does not take you door to door safely and securely with just a minute's notice
@@otm646 yeah but a subway actually exists
Did I see anything that wasn't in a 1980's amusement park ride?
Not to be too pedantic, but in a 1980's ride you could've only seen the original Blade Runner movie and they were watching Blade Runner 2049, so technically yes.
I will admit, Elon makes a lot of promises but the time delivery and features come up short or late. But, Tesla is still doing things legacy brands have tried and stopped or haven't done at all. So no matter how bad some want to talk about it the fact is we wouldn't be closer to it if it wasn't for Elon and Tesla.
That looks sick af
i’ll trust self driving cars around 2040. that seems like enough time to wait for them to get better
And here goes 10 million cab drives job 🙂.
Good! They can all fark off 😆
@@maccoretti51 you must be ai corporation owner course only they are going to be safe 😆.
If this is realistically possible, it would mean deliveries too. I'm pretty sure there will be a huge lawsuit when accidents happen.
Yep and now we will all be able to afford transportation instead of buying and maintaining a vehicle
Well-shot! The screen interaction is more limited than expected. Wish the doors were scissors, so they didn’t need as much clearance. But, overall, looks nice 👍
Morons in comments acting like this was an FSD demo, as though there aren’t thousands of hours of FSD driving in all kinds of conditions already on YT 🤦♂️
Damn, take me along next time
Tesla should bring it to India, if it survives there it'll survive everywhere. Ultimate testing.
this is sooo cool
If getting flat tires, what will happen? If someone spray paint or eggs to the camera, or damage this vehicle. Is it safe? If in front of the street has road block and need to u-turn, will it make a u-turn? Will it block the bicycle lane when the door opening?
Yep, these will get fkd up 😂
Will the wallpaper app be available for it?
The car just as a car is sick. I would love one of those just with normal human controls. It's like a Model 3 without the backseat I never use anyway
big metal death trap. sweet
AMERICKA FK YH...
No thats what youre currently driving. Not the robotaxi
There are window controls, they're next to the cup holder in the center console. You can flick them up and down
That is absolutely wild
Illusion 🎩
The way Bautista said "you're police", right as the camera focused in on the cybertruck police car was ominous.
The NPC's at the end waving look very real😮
No window controls is crazy!!
I honestly think Elon Musk's XAI33x is the safest bet for long term hold, and will survive out of every other altcoins. It will get adopted in US, Ecuador, Asia, starting from Japan, and slowly spread out and gain. This is a winning coin, apart from all the technical greatness.
Wish they would just make an actual Car version of this. NGL I would actually buy this.
Was that 2chainz
Looked like Ty Dolla Sign
It's really cool and Im glad He's still pushing the tech forward! 2 Seater design is an interesting choice, but the screen is crazy
This is a low margin industry. Waymo is currently operating their fleet at a loss, that's why Uber pulled out from this driverless nonsense.
@@MyDarkMuffinyeah man, reading the comments you can tell who’s been paying attention.
@@MyDarkMuffinWaymo only uses EVs.
It's not hard to imagine why they are losing money.
@@jamesengland7461 something must've changed then, haven't updated myself. Other points still stand though
24 inch wallpaper will have special pricing. NICE
At this point one has to critique influencers like Marques for time and time again enabling scammers like Elon.
You don't even know what scammer means. Elon DOMINATES the space launch industry and it isn't even close. Actually, rapidly reusable rockets. Best safety record. Cost to launch decimated. Nearly 100 launches per year. Nearly 90% of the mass of all objects launched into space worldwide. Satellite internet for billions of people. Best selling car in the world. Millions of cars which are very close to self driving. Created the modern EV revolution. Radical improvements in EV construction technology. Best EV charging network in the world. Where's the scam?
Absolute Cinema
So... My family of four just arrived back from an international trip and we need a taxi. Where do the other two people sit? And there is the question about our luggage. Even on a business trip about town, where do I place my briefcase?
There's a big trunk and model Y will be part of the fleet
Nice. But why only a two-seater?
Anyone else think the cars look sick like this, like i owuld get this if it had a sunroof and of course a wheel and stuff
It looks like AI designed a car 💩
Tesla really have next level genius
This is underwhelming, driving in a controlled WB lot is so lame. Make it actually go to another city
There's thousands of videos of people taking Tesla's FSD on public Streets. It performs..... Decently. But definitely not at robotaxi levels yet.
This event was all about the hardware and the vision of the future, including the *experience* of being driven around in a robotaxi.
Moron
They should make a the normal robo taxi but also the same thing with steering wheel and pedals. I’ve been looking for a ev that fits in my small garage that has awd. Yet to find a good optionz
Extremely Over Hyped Just Like A Certain Wallpaper App
Skynet advert on the building as he was reaching the destination....comforting...
No traffic, simple roads. What are we looking at? This self driving was there 3-5years ago! Yet again Elon underwhelms and focussing on the wrong things.
just like you're focusing on the wrong things. the point of the event was to show off the robotaxi and robovan, not to wow you with the self driving technology. you can go on youtube for that
Soooo, this thing will never come out right?😂
Just like the Cybertruck never came out.
@@FriedChairs rebuttal, where’s the roadster?
it will be so cool, when your car can pick up groceries and people and anything. by itself
feels like a theme park ride fr
Those who are criticizing, this is a start and Tesla is daring enough to start. Tesla should be promoted more and more. Yes these are overhyped but it is actually a good thing. Anything new in history was ridiculed at first then it becomes a history for generations.n
It isn't the start though, waymo has been operating in real world scenarios for around 7 years.
Thought I saw you in the Tesla Live stream video on their channel and went looking for this video =)
