      Awesome to see you liked it. Regarding training hours to become a professional dancer it all depends. At least 3 hours of ballet lessons a week, stretching daily and strength training at least 3 days a week. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you.       Good point!! although it focuses on a deep stretching for after class it can actually be used for a good warm up!! So can be used for both 🌷
