thanks! This is what I've come looking for. I'm 70 years old, and Last New Years eave I took up dancing. I've been an amateur musician all my life, but I always loved dancing. I also used to be a marathoner. but I was getting old and fat since I needed hip surgery... got a full replacement, but to save my knees I didn't keep running. So I thought SCREW the Instruments, and just put all my musical training into REALLY putting Practice into my Dancing and find a great Playlist. Now it is THIS New Year's Eve, and I'd moved into a ground floor apartment and figured I could try out my tap dancing skills (used to love Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers) but then I wondered about the injury potential for that with High Impact on the joints, but when I searched it, well, the worry was about tendon tensions on the bone and they recommended warming up before dancing. Well, this Warm Up looks Great. Thank You for your Service!
doing this rn on new years eve before I boogey down in my dance studio :)
thank you, Amanda! This is my favorite warm-up to do before rehearsing solo at home! Excellent stretch, good guidance along the way and nice background music 10/10!!!

I felt so much better after doing it!
It is always good to have a good warm up before the class and a good stretching afterwards... it avoids getting injured.
And I love that it takes less than 15 minutes.
Great work Amanda! 🤗
💯 need a warm up and cool down to prevent injuries! So happy you enjoyed it! ❤️
