52 here and the same. Not sure how I feel about the title of this video that makes it seem like a 40 y/o or 50 year old dont know how to move anymore just because we are no longer 20. I personally feel its a little judgemental. Everyone I know my age still knows how to dance. I mean, its not like we're sitting in rocking chairs at 40 and 50 or that somehow after your 39th birthday you suddenly are an embarassment? What the actual f***?
@@sonjaevans3858 Right? I think this is a video for people who don't know how to dance at any age. Age has nothing to do with it. If you're a good dancer in your 20s you will still be a good dancer in your 50s.
oh my, I'm 71 and went to so many dance classes for the east coast swing etc etc and just bombed, I actually have no rhythm. I think I can do this. I just want to have fun and not enter a contest.
I love this video. I experienced a very traumatic event when I was in the 9th grade😂went to a dance at the high school gymnasium. A boy asked me to dance. I went on the floor and was enjoying myself but was soon encircled by a group of girls that always bullied me. They were mimicking my dancing and looking ridiculous. I was humiliated and to this day have never enjoyed dancing again. I am now 65. Thank you for giving me confidence to possibly try again❤️
Hi, Leslie! As you like to dance, you can dance my choreographies of joyful and lively Brazilian songs. All my choreographies have their own step-by-step tutorial so you can learn them. Welcome and enjoy the samba! 🥳🥳 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
I understand, Leslie! My wonderful, caring, devoted husband was a fabulous dancer but I was embarrassed to get up on the floor with him because I was self-conscious, and I've regretted it ever since that I spent my life not dancing. Let's do this..we owe it to ourselves!
I am sorry you had to go through that. Bullies are the worst; they have no reason to feel good about themselves, and are too lazy or unimaginative to improve themselves, so all they have left is putting others down. I'm glad this video gave you more confidence, and I hope you enjoy dancing again even if it's just around the living room.
I'm 58 and just started dancing a few months ago. I've never liked being the center of attention, so I've always just sat out or if I did participate I'd just weave and bob. This all changed several months ago when my husband, who's a dancing machine and I, along with a group of friends and family went to a local music concert. I don't know what was different about that evening, but I took a deep breath, put my arms in the air and let my body feel the music. My husband was flabbergasted, our family and friends were so happily surprised and I felt amazingly free! It was a big life moment, which I never anticipated, but for which I'm so grateful. I am now side by side with my husband and friends enjoying each beat to its fullest. We're never too old to grow, dance and throw caution to the wind! 😉
I am nearly 70 and my mother-in-law is in her 80s and we just had a blast watching and practicing this. So fun! Thank you for breaking dancing down to something possible and cool. I'm still in my 20's at heart.
I think it may be sad for some people and unnecessary for others but this lady took her time to make this video for those who want to learn. Some people really don't know how to move when dancing. A little respect please.
What's funny is when most people try to teach dancing, they say "listen to the beat and move to it", which is the obvious part - what's difficult is how to move. It's like if someone wanted to write a novel and you told them "start at the top of the page and put the words from left to right". :D
First she should show respect herself with the way she titles this tutorial. If you can't dance at this age, you also couldn't dance at a younger age. So let the title just be "trouble with dancing? Let me try help to teach you!" Then there is respect and it's a tutorial for everyone who has trouble finding the rhythm.
I've been a dancer all my 60+ years (Modern, Disco, Club, African, Street Style, etc.) and these are VERY VERY GOOD Tips!!! ANYONE can do these moves, and they are simple enough to remember. Very well explained and demonstrated. Excellent video!

How about in my 70th? I am in. I use to dance a lot, stop all together. Now I feel I miss it. My daughter is getting married and I don’t want to look silly on the dance floor. Keep it up, we need you. Thanks
I’m 34 and I don’t dance. I have been learning Contemporary Dance since last year and I have danced in our dance recitals, but I’m too shy and don’t know how to move my body in social events like weddings, so thank you so much for this video. Here you have a new subscriber from México.
haha yep same here, I think the algorithm has guessed my age by suggesting this but has to be said I certainly do NOT need tips on the dancefloor thats for sure RUclips algo take note! I would say anyone that truly loves music...feels it. Dancing follows that feeling if you can allow yourself to let go and express yourself. Or you can follow tutorials, either way see you all on the dance floor, Ill be the one going wild.
Almost 70 and you have reignited my passion in dancing - even if only in the “safety” of my kitchen, lol! Thank you for all your teachings and encouragement!
I’m now a senior but danced all the time in my youth and middle age (slow dancing, jive, swing, etc). As time went by, sadly, the opportunities to dance became less. However, grandchildren are getting married and I want to be “cool” and learn these new steps. I came upon this channel quite by accident but have to say a big “thank you”. You are a splendid teacher and make it look easy! 👍
I have an oversized mirror in the corner of my dining area, it's my dance buddy... whenever I hear a radio song that catches my attention I get up and dance with my buddy 😅... without the mirror it's way less fun.
I have loved club dancing since I was 15 and always danced my heart out and for hours and hours at a time. So. Much! FUN! Now, I can't believe that I could actually be 51, and nothing about that has changed. My hubby and kids remark that I can't help but dance when I hear good music! This is good advice for beginners!
I think you could be my twin. Will, I’m 58. My hands days he always knows when I’m a bit then because there is no dancing. When I’m upbeat ( how apt), when the music starts to play I just have to move to it. If we are in a public place and a song that I like comes on I find bits of dancing leaks out of me. I just can’t help it. I was often the only one on the dance floor.
I know that feeling! 57years old at a Rolling Stones Concert in Perth, my friend and I couldn’t walk for days but sooo worth it. I’d forgotten what joy it was to dance until that night
I’m 50 yrs old. Love dancing with myself in the bathroom. Love trying new things. Not a dancer 💃🏻 but absolutely LOVE dancing!! Walk-dance videos are a great workout too. Thanks for sharing
Oh yes there is. Believe me, I have been so shocked that I have stopped dancing and just stared. The men in my family only hustle, and Detroit Ballroom, and the Detroit Bop. I have seen convulsing on the dance floor😂😂.
Silly to whom? Noone under 65 is watching you. You are old. Sorry, but it's true you know how invisible we are. . Do your best disco moves and enjoy yourself!
It's hard to get rid of those moves we had from the 60's and 70's. Now I do feel silly dancing at 76. So, this video helps me get my confidence back. thanks
Im in my 50's. Everyone thinks I'm a Zumba instructor and although ive contemplated taking the course, I feel anyone has rhythm, you just have to feel it in your heart ❤️
Hi there, I should have seen this video 30 years ago! I am not going to any social events where we dance anymore. I still enjoyed it and it was interesting and I have learnt the 4 moves and I am grateful to you, it was really effortless. It de-mistified dance which always frightened me.
I love your videos. I am 60 and 2024 is the year I am going to learn to dance well enough I can do it well enough to do it in public! I am going to surprise my spouse on a cruise and bust out these moves ! I love how you break down the moves to simple steps. I am very graceful with my upper body, but my lower body has a mind of its own! So I end up looking disconnected and stiff when I dance. Thank you!
Oh I love to dance. I literally will go in my room turn on the music and have my own dance party. My husband I used to go all the time dancing but he is pancreatic cancer so we’re putting it on hold for a while dancing makes everything feel good. Thank you for your tutorials. Awesome
Yes, the snare tip helped more than anything! Sometimes I get confused and distracted by the proper beat to follow. I’m in my mid 40s and I love your videos.
I am 54 and love dancing!! I don’t get off the dance floor.. when I got married I danced from the opening dance to the very last dance without stopping!! 😅 people still talk about it today. I got married in 1996. I also don’t mind dancing on my own at all.. but my teenage kids have made me so self conscious over the years 😢 and I have kinda lost my mojo So I really needed this video! Thank you 🙏🏼
im 45...and for all whom saying ( age doesn't matter) it does matter specially in some events where i don't know most of the guests. so thanks for this video 👏🏽
What does not knowing the guests have to do with age? If you think age matters when it comes to moving your body and feeling good, that’s your limitation. Please don’t project that on to everyone else.
Lol,Dance how you feel, like no ones watching, feel the music, move to it with joy...dont be enbarrased..... thise whom judge are probebly just wishing they had the guts ti do the same 😊just relax and be yourself. That being said,no harm in learning new moves to bust a move😂 am well over 50,there are admittedly times when I can pay fir it later, but it makes me feel good,so worth it.thanks😊
I was a professional dancer for years and this woman is spot in with her subdued, simple moves that are really what modern dancing is about. Sticking to her basics and elaborating on them when you feel more confident is The best way I know to look cool and sexy without being ostentatious and looking show offy. Always look relaxed and casual.
72 and I love to dance. I’ve never been able to slow dance… I’m a Leo and always wanted to lead! 🤣 Couldn’t master the Mashed Potato or The Frug either, but “get back Loretta” and watch me Twist! On fire! Lol. You’re amazingly talented and a gifted teacher. Thank you!!
Yes, I am 67 and my man is 68. We love to dance. I'm having some tightness in my legs so I am trying to tone it down a little. I love the hip dip - learned it in the late sixties so I do a double bump out.
Yes!!! Thank you for the tutorials... I am a 52-year-old woman and do not know how to dance but have always wanted to. I am athletic and have the build for it and will begin my journey of dance with your assistance thank you!
10:16 - I didn't know that simple and subtle movements like these could produce such a visually beautiful and even sensual effect. Thank you very much for teaching so well.
I’m in my sixties and dance every day, however I want to dance! It’s the best feeling ever releasing all those endorphins and keeping you physically fit as well
I’m so glad to have found this! I’m 66 and have never really danced, but I want to find the courage to do it. I’m guilty of being the person who is dragged out onto the dance floor and then just froze! I know that I looked ridiculous. I’ve looked at other “how to dance for beginners” videos, and the moves that the dancers made were completely out of the realm of what I could do-like moves for fit young people. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thank you!
I agree! i love dancing, and if anyone wants to think I look "embarrassing", tough! I am 75, so I can dance as I like! Life is short: stop worrying what others may think, and just go with the beat. Any young folk who might find you "funny", will also one day be 75 - if they are lucky enough!
If the dancing is at least funny and he or she nows that but still dances, than have no fears, it is good for the group atmosfeer! But seeining people dancing al stiff and not moving to the rithem that's almost painfull to watch...
I stumbled onto this video as I've been searching for "dance fitness" to do at home. While this isn't what I was looking for, it brought a smile to my face. This is some solid advice and a good breakdown of movement for those who are beginners and/or just don't know what to do with their bodies when the music drops. I'm sure this video has been super helpful to a lot of people!
I’m 56yo, and I dance like I’m still in my 20’s!! Slow & Sultry. Flat out SEXY. Disco moves. Pop moves. Rock moves. Hip-Hop. Country……I dance to the genre and ENERGY, of the music, to a specific guy, before “moving on” to another, 🤭 and will even “mix things up” for more “fun & flair!! I don’t give a crap what other’s think!! 🤣 My husband LOVES TO WATCH ME DANCE!!!! (I’ve been told he can’t keep his “eyes off of me”.) I’m ALWAYS ASKED IF I’M A “DANCER”!! NOBODY BELIEVES I’M SELF-TAUGHT!!!! 😈 LOVE your tutorials!!!! I learn new things EVERY TIME!! Love to you, Monika!!!! ✌🏻❤️
Well yes girl I’m 56 too also don’t give a shit and will dance anywhere with anyone. I love it. It’s so liberating when you quit caring and just do it.
Watching from HK. ❤ Grew up in the disco era and has always enjoyed dancing … Dance to your favourite music is the best way to destress. Dancing is also a form of self-expression … There’s no need to be embarrassed by your own dance moves no matter how old you are. Just enjoy the music and keep dancing. ❤
I am 48, because of your awesome videos I am starting to have confidence. I have always wanted to dance a little or at least enjoy myself...that dream is coming true thanks to you 😊
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS VIDEO 🙌 Loved that it was so much down to earth 🤩 I am in the age group for this video. Something I often miss and don't see in dance instruction videos is tips for overweight people. It might sound silly and a bit specialised but since overweight people often feel even more attention to how they appear in front of others AND since it's easy to look more embarrassing on a dance floor being overweight I would love-love to hear and see examples of what makes overweight (women) look better on a dance floor. Just an idea for a topic 🫶☺
66 here. But I learned body rolls from you about 5 years ago. It looks like such a cool move and I really wanted to learn how to do it. After scrolling through a lot of body roll tutorials, your manner and instructions were just what I was looking for soi knew I had the perfect dance teacher ❤❤❤
54. Always danced. I attend a lot of events. Here to add on to I what I already do. Your movement tips help me when it gets too crowed on the dance floor or the venue doesn’t have a large enough dance space. The 40 something usually are dancing with a drink in their hand, some careless to others space or are group dancing, some free hippie dancing (popular here in Northern California). Keep up the great videos…I’m watching and working those moves! Thanks
The title is embarrassing. Sad, that some people think you need special dance moves at 40+ or 50+. In my head I'm not older than 25 and I'm still dancing like I'm 20. I don't care if this is embarassing for anybody 😂
Yes! You're so right! Enough with the outside rules Be this, do that! I'm 50, I dance letting my body express all pleasure I feel while listening to the music and the other's gaze I so don't care.
A GREAT VIDEO! I LOVE THAT YOU ARE FOCUSED ON TRULY TEACHING AND THIS IS NOT ABOUT HOW GREAT YOU ARE AS A DANCER OR HOW GOOD YOU LOOK. I HAVE SEEN THIS WITH SO DANCERS AND I FEEL THIS TAKES AWAY FROM THE REAL FOCUS/PURPOSE OF A BEGINNERS VIDEO. THANKS FOR WHAT YOU DO SO WELL. I WILL KEEP FOLLOWING YOUR VIDEOS. I LIVED IN GERMANY WITH MY HUSBAND IN THE USA MILITARY AS AN OFFICER...SERVING WITH THE GERMAN MILITARY. THE GERMAN ARMY ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH! I NOTED THIS AS CLEARLY THIS IS YOUR HERITAGE! AWESOME...WE HAD THREE YEARS OF MEMORIES AND A GERMAN FAMILY ADOPTED US AS THEIR OWN...WE WERE SO BLESSED...
I’m 66 and this will be my first time dancing. I normally dont dance as I have very arthritic knees but I think these moves can be done without problem as they don’t involve impact. Cant wait to try these moves on the dance floor and shock my husband!
My mum is 90. She dances at every event where there’s dancing. She moves her feet and hips already but I might show this to her as well. Great exercise too!
I’m 74s and with my wife practice Line dance,Latinos dances .In these times,on the evenings,we are going on dancing in the Plazas,Restaurants and so on.Now it’s 06,00 p.m.and I’m watching You From Italy(Caserta/Naples).2024/08/31.💃🕺💃🕺.👏👏👏.From Francesco.👋
I took dancing lessons and loved to dance as a little girl. I really wish I had kept up with lessons and have always admired the grace of professional dancers. Now at 47, for some reason I find myself dancing around more lately while listening to music. It’s so fun! My teenage son walked in on me the other day practically putting on a full-fledged, one-woman Broadway show in my bedroom. Oops! Haha….We both couldn’t stop laughing. This video has given me some tips so I at least look cooler if someone catches me again!
I have followed your lesson from A to Z.The only thing I can say is that it is well organized and beautifull. You are really a talented instructor. Thank u.
Well some of us ONLY danced as a kid, when we were YOUNG.. and as we got OLDER all we've done is WORK and pay bills.. and have been too busy with endless responsibilities to do ANYTHING for ourselves. So NOW we are thinking.. Why did we put ourselves LAST... Where is the FUN in life.
Thank you for helping us more confidently begin to dance not only for special occasions, but also for just going out and having fun. Your breakdown of basic steps and how to pull them together is so well done! I look forward to seeing more of your work.
Asking who looks best and who doesn't is like asking which colour is best🤦♀️get on the floor move your body anyway you want : have fun like a kid : party + enjoy 🎉🎉🥰🥳namaste
Thank you for this video! I danced very well at young age, but now when I'm almost 50 my brain usually says 'Oh, you can easily do this cool dance, you've already done it before!' and then my body says 'Oh no, not anymore!' These easy movements are just great to start with.

That is the way it should be! Congratulations 🎉!
You make others feel confident!
I’m 50 yrs old. Love dancing with myself in the bathroom. Love trying new things. Not a dancer 💃🏻 but absolutely LOVE dancing!! Walk-dance videos are a great workout too. Thanks for sharing
Dancing is a feeling. Nothing is embarrassing!
Tell that to all the men who are too afraid of embarrassment to try!
I agree. Inherently it comes with a feeling but those are natural dancers. Not everyone is natural so it's okay to go for instruction.
Oh yes there is. Believe me, I have been so shocked that I have stopped dancing and just stared. The men in my family only hustle, and Detroit Ballroom, and the Detroit Bop. I have seen convulsing on the dance floor😂😂.
Bad dancing without some self-humor is ranking atractiveness to the lowest point possible...
I am 69,love to dance...but look silly doing the moves I did my youth. Love your channel
Good for for you! Just enjoy yourself.
Thank you!
You remind me of my client Amy 😊 Check her out: ruclips.net/video/IcAHG1BU9tE/видео.html
Dance as you feel like 😅
Former “professional” dancer here and this was great!
I love your teaching style and relaxed presentation, making it easy for seniors and "non-dancers"! Thanks!
Love this im 59 i needed this got my old confidence back right away thank you❤❤
Aww so happy to hear that!
Oh I love to dance. I literally will go in my room turn on the music and have my own dance party. My husband I used to go all the time dancing but he is pancreatic cancer so we’re putting it on hold for a while dancing makes everything feel good. Thank you for your tutorials. Awesome
I’m in my early 40s, and RUclips algorithm thinks I suck at dancing, it’s not wrong.
Didn’t know such a channel existed so thanks RUclips.😊
‘Treat the snare as your deadline.” What a vivid way to remember it!
Part 2 is now up on my channel 😊 ruclips.net/video/bmOlRsANVDM/видео.html
Yes, the snare tip helped more than anything! Sometimes I get confused and distracted by the proper beat to follow. I’m in my mid 40s and I love your videos.
I am 54 and love dancing!!
I don’t get off the dance floor.. when I got married I danced from the opening dance to the very last dance without stopping!! 😅 people still talk about it today. I got married in 1996. I also don’t mind dancing on my own at all..
but my teenage kids have made me so self conscious over the years 😢 and I have kinda lost my mojo
So I really needed this video!
Thank you 🙏🏼
I'm never embarrassed! I have been dancing since I was a little girl and now I am 51 and I still have no shame!😅🎉💃
im 45...and for all whom saying ( age doesn't matter) it does matter specially in some events where i don't know most of the guests. so thanks for this video 👏🏽
that's a good point, sometimes we don't want to overdo it 😊
What does not knowing the guests have to do with age? If you think age matters when it comes to moving your body and feeling good, that’s your limitation. Please don’t project that on to everyone else.
@@CikisHelyzet RELAX 😄
Lol,Dance how you feel, like no ones watching, feel the music, move to it with joy...dont be enbarrased..... thise whom judge are probebly just wishing they had the guts ti do the same 😊just relax and be yourself. That being said,no harm in learning new moves to bust a move😂 am well over 50,there are admittedly times when I can pay fir it later, but it makes me feel good,so worth it.thanks😊
I’m 46 and hadn’t been to a dancing event in a long time. A young friend invited me to her graduation party in DTLA. This was helpful for me.
I’m 60 -I have ME/CFS Chronic fatigue Syndrome - no energy- and a stroke -these easy moves I could do sometimes- great - thank you!
All people are here is kind and caring, that’s lovely, sweet and supportive ❤
Yes!!! Thank you for the tutorials... I am a 52-year-old woman and do not know how to dance but have always wanted to. I am athletic and have the build for it and will begin my journey of dance with your assistance thank you!
I’m 63, do Yoga regularly but have bad knees. These moves are great! 💃. Esp since some weddings are coming up with dancing. Thx ☺️
10:16 - I didn't know that simple and subtle movements like these could produce such a visually beautiful and even sensual effect. Thank you very much for teaching so well.
You're very welcome! 😊
What a kind thing to do for people. So easy . I have always danced but this is so helpful for those who have not had the confidence to.
I’m in my sixties and dance every day, however I want to dance! It’s the best feeling ever releasing all those endorphins and keeping you physically fit as well
I turned 63 today 4-20 and I am watching this because your never too old to learn
Girlfriend, you’re not old yet. Keep yourself moving…and don’t forget to stretch
Been a natural dancer for many years. Love dancing and this is really informative for those who aren’t and want to improve.
This is excellent, thank you! You did the impossible, you actually taught me to dance. Now I gotta practice up before the wedding.
I'm in my late 60s, I love to dance all my life
I’m 70 and it’s doable at home, don’t think I’ll be on the dance floor anytime soon. Thanks😊
Thank you!
Yes I’m 62 and watching. Didn’t know there was a right or wrong way to dance. Mmmmm
I agree! i love dancing, and if anyone wants to think I look "embarrassing", tough!
I love dancing. I'm 59 and still move like I did in my 20's. Dancing can be therapy, exercise and Fun all rolled into 1.🎉🎉
I’m 68, and watching. Love to dance!😊😊
LOVE THAT! 👏
Oh please. Post a video and show how it’s done.
Well yes girl I’m 56 too also don’t give a shit and will dance anywhere with anyone. I love it. It’s so liberating when you quit caring and just do it.
@@cherylthommo1 I don’t CARE what you think; as stated in my comment. ✌🏻🙏🏻❤️
I'm 53 and so happy I don't have to learn this, I just dance ❤❤❤ but good for all the people who learn
I'm 45 years old and I dont know how to dance but this video makes me feel good and it helps a lot.love it❤️ watching from Philippines.Thank you!😚
Oh, a great video😍. I am 60years old and for me it was very helpful, now i know how to dance without shame.😅
Anytime 😊 more videos like this to come
My sister tried to make me feel like I wasn’t dancing right but now I feel better. Thnx
Don't understand why I have to follow steps according to my age😂. I flow and listen the music and will dance the way I like.
Ms. Monika is so graceful and classy.
I'm 66 years old and this is the best dance-floor advice I've ever had. I might actually be able to do this. Thank you!
I looooved this video! Thank you. Yes, I'd like to see more like this. Could you use some 80s music in one? Thanks!
66 here. But I learned body rolls from you about 5 years ago. It looks like such a cool move and I really wanted to learn how to do it. After
scrolling through a lot of body roll tutorials, your manner and instructions were just what I was looking for soi knew I had the perfect dance teacher ❤❤❤
super happy to hear that! 😊
60 and watching! Love it!
There ARE people in their 40's and 50's who don't know how to dance. There is nothing wrong with the tittle.
Amen! I no longer worry about others' gaze. I dance to bring myself happiness.
I dance because Iam living..😂😂😂
Fudge polite dancing to spare others embarrassment. Because that's what it's about here. Dance like a nutcase and enjoy it. Love me age 60
Yes 50 and watching ❤
I’m 66 and this will be my first time dancing. I normally dont dance as I have very arthritic knees but I think these moves can be done without problem as they don’t involve impact. Cant wait to try these moves on the dance floor and shock my husband!
This is so good! Thank you! 64 years.
My mum is 90. She dances at every event where there’s dancing. She moves her feet and hips already but I might show this to her as well. Great exercise too!
Pleas more videos for 40 and up moms, thank you! :-)
Will do! 😊
60s. I love dancing, one of the most effective exercises. Dancing makes me happy!
77 here...still love to dance!👏👏
I’m 74s and with my wife practice Line dance,Latinos dances .In these times,on the evenings,we are going on dancing in the Plazas,Restaurants and so on.Now it’s 06,00 p.m.and I’m watching You From Italy(Caserta/Naples).2024/08/31.💃🕺💃🕺.👏👏👏.From Francesco.👋
Love it. Simple enough for everyone.
I am 70 and I love dancing!
I have followed your lesson from A to Z.The only thing I can say is that it is well organized and beautifull. You are really a talented instructor. Thank u.
The assumption that people in their 40's and 50's can't dance is wild.
My father was a great dancer well into his 80’s.
I guess they all too uncool with dancing.
It's probably for people who didn't get a chance to learn how to dance when they were younger
Exactly. I'm in my 50s and I still dance like no one business...in my 50 years on earth I've never heard of anything like age appropriate dance 💃 🕺 😂
Yes . 53 and these moves are perfect for basic dancing that even I could master.
I'm 74 and I dance like nobodies watching when nobodies watching but I dance like her whemn people are watching. 🤣😂
😂
Hello,
Yes,Thank You. I'm 66 yrs young and watching with a hip replacement❣️
❤ 4 ever Young.
70 years and want to dance while cooking. 😂😂😂😂
Thank you for helping us more confidently begin to dance not only for special occasions, but also for just going out and having fun. Your breakdown of basic steps and how to pull them together is so well done! I look forward to seeing more of your work.
Is she kidding!?!!! Dance like nobody is watching!!!
I do in the kitchen lol.
Exactly !!!!
Yes, and this is agizm..
True , but sum ppl still have corporate social functions, dinners, trips etc to attend.
True...... but some ppl still have corporate social functions etc to attend.
49 and don’t dance much, but this really makes me want to change that! Thanks! 💃🏽
I’m watching! And will follow this advice on the dance floor
