This is really helpful especially now we need stay at home since there is Covid19 quarantine. We need to boost our immune system and better way to do that is thru dancing. You’ll enjoy and it will be beneficial for your body as well. Take care everyone!!

After a 10 year gap, today I started with your warm up as I want to start dancing again professionally. Tbh these warm up you have just shown me have gone through my vains as it is similar to my own freelance warm up I use to do 10 years back. I'm glad I found you and your warm up here as I have a deadline of August the 18th 2022 to shred my body fats for my 1st project to be. I will use this warm up throughout as it is the best I feel for my body frame of 5ft11 with an obese weight of 135kg.
You have just made me the most happiest overdue dancer to date.

@@sofia-gf8bp girl don’t be scared, always do stretching before hand and really warm up before dancing as well. Trust me I’m quite experienced with working out
