It's so wonderful to see a class in French. I know from watching this class, that I could take a ballet class led by a non-english speaking teacher and I could pretty well follow it. Also, it's interesting watching the differences of what various instructors around the world focus on. The center work of this class is focused on a lot of precision. It's somewhat simpler, but in some ways more difficult because of the precision required. Merci beaucoup!
Excellent variety of steps in the petit allegro section of the class. The class is choreographed beautifully by the ballet master.

Surtout qu'un pianiste d'accompagnement est toujours un artiste de l'ombre, que l'on ne voit jamais, dont on ne parle encore moins, et qui est totalement ignoré de tous !!! Ayant été danseur à l'Opéra et autres conservatoires, en même temps que pianiste, je peux vous affirmer qu'il y a des pianistes d'accompagnement qui n'ont rien à envier à certains pianistes célèbres. Des humbles que j'ai toujours voulu considérer comme des grands : Juste en les remerciant en fin de cours ou de répétitions. L'émerveillement se doit fort de respect...

В школе Гранд Опера сохранилась лёгкость королевского балета. Артисты балета во время прыжков летают. Великолепно поставлен корпус , который даёт непринужденно делать пируэты и прыгать. Темп прыжков напоминает шутку. Плие очень лёгкое. Сочетание движений логичное, как хорошо поставленная грациозная речь французов. Весь ролик смотрится с удовольствием, несмотря на каждодневный обязательный класс в театре. Спасибо! Спасибо за сохранённую культуру королевского балета, который родился во Франции!👏👍🌹

It is great that you shared this class and rehearsal with us. Next year, perhaps you might consider microphoning the instructor and positioning the camera for a view of the studio and dancers safe from knocking and blocking. Have a good day.

We should count ourselves lucky that he didn’t decide to go on strike, striking being a right that French workers exercise with regularity, and often for no other reason than just because they can.

Je ne saisis pas la "mode" vestimentaire des danseurs qui ne se recouvrent qu'une jambe avec la guêtre (ici M.Heymann) ; d'autres danseurs le font dans d'autres compagnies. Mode ou vertu "curative" de la guêtre sur la jambe qui porte ?
